The accommodation was amazing. We booked the family suite and it was spacious and lovely. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast meals options were of great quality and left us satiated. The location of the hotel is near the metro/ tram station (4 mins away) and the transit will take you in old town within 10 mins. Its also walkable from the center of the the old town.

Accommodated late check in, breakfast in the room, very quiet, clean and comfortable and even let me have a shower after a Golf day when I’d already checked out. Would 100% recommend

I liked the location close to public transit, the fact they had parking. I liked the decor and layout of room, great for family of 4. We had a room with the balcony which was nice. Breakfast was great. nothing it was all good

It was clean and near the city center and metro station. I booked this place because it was shown that they have parking lots. Unfortunately after reservation they told me that the parking is full and I had to pay 100€ for a public parking lot.

Very clean, nice interior design, roomy, you have everything you need. Parking spot is a big plus. The breakfast was exceptional and the ladies bringing it was also veey kind and friendly

The hotel room is stylish, clean, and modern, with convenient transportation access. The room does not include a large mirror.

Lovely hotel with modern rooms and trendy decor. We stayed in suite 10 which was ideal for 4 adults. I travelled with my husband and two sons, but if it was two couples it may not be as ideal as to get to the bathroom, you need to walk through the main bedroom. The beds were comfy, although the pillows weren’t brilliant and were a little too squishy and out of shape. The location was great for us. Florenc metro station was about a 4 minute walk away as were many tram stops. To get into Mustek (the centre) it was 2 stops on the metro. We got a 72hr ticket which worked out about £12.50 each and that covers the metro, trams and buses … excellent value for money! Breakfast was ordered on the tablet before 9pm the night before. Some lovely choices and breakfast always arrived at your room on time. There was also a Billa supermarket opposite the station for any drinks or snacks which was good and it was cheap! I would definitely stay here again if we return! Only 2 small bins in the room for rubbish. A couple of cans or an empty bottle of coke and it’s full! A larger bin would be good and the pillows could do with changing as they are a little past their sell by date.

Everything was perfect. No issues at all.

We were happy with the amount of space specially for a 5 night stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. And because the suite was spacious- with room for a breakfast table- mornings were relaxed/lovely. Overall, my husband and I liked our stay but be warned cleaning service is not comprehensive as stated below. Cleaning service is not comparable to hotels. The suite was spotless when we arrived…. BUT they do not do any cleaning during your stay. They simply replace towels and cups/glasses/cutlery. I usually straighten up the bed everyday but the one morning i did not, we came back to an unmade bed. Likewise, I usually wipe down the bathroom sink but the one morning we rushed out, I could tell the sink was not touched at all. Not the worst because we’re pretty tidy but you can’t beat walking into sparkling room after a long day of exploring during your holidays.
