Nice location, close to the heart of Prague 2 old staff were very unwelcoming, but a young boy (sorry, i forgot the name) was very hospitable

It has such a nice aesthetic, it’s really well located and so easy to check in and out.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, but on a smaller street, so there was not too much street noise, even on the weekend. Room was cute. Bed was comfortable. Everything well cleaned. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didnt use breakfast option. Hotel's location is wonderful for touristic visit Hotel staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean. There wasn't any negative situation during our vacation

Location was perfect. Staff was great. Very quiet. Excellent shower. Courtesy Shampoo and conditioner would be nice. Hair dryer cuts out too soon.

Absolutely stunning room, perfect spot in the city, close to basically everything. The man who greeted us and showed us our room was really kind, and I got fast replies when I wrote to them in the message option in booking.com. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and had an excellent stay, except for the cleaning. The first day we were in the room getting ready so we denied the cleaning service, which was fine. But then the days after that, it would be lovely to have had the bed made or atleast new towels. We did not even notice there had been cleaning done except the trash bag was changed, but not even the one in the bathroom. Everything else, we were very happy with.
