the room was facing a construction site, and is very close to a club - which meant all night drunk people screaming till 5 am and construction work starting at 7 am!

Everything was great! The location, the restaurants in the hotel and the staff was friendly and exceptional. A couple of them remembered my name and I was impressed. I decided to stay at the W because I wanted to experience the rooftop but it was closed for a private function. It would have been nice to know in advance.

The staff is the best, the breakfast is excellent, the location is super. The view from the window is of a wall and it's noisy for a hotel of this size.
