Location and interior was really nice, especially the greenery on the stairs, and the twin room we had featured a separating alcove so gave some privacy. Quiet. This is a personal things, but I would have preferred black out curtains.

The hundrets of bars around the hotel

Bem boa!!! Não tinha um café no quarto

-good wi-fi - very close to the park and to public transport -It loved the staircase full of live plants - an upgrade to the bathroom would be nice -- I could not figure out the TV - I felt bad bothering the receptionist every time I went out or coming in

Location was ok The hotel received the payment in cash only, even though my card was charged under the hotel’s name. However, the hotel denies having processed the card payment. As a result, I am still in discussions with Booking.com and asking them to resolve the issue, as I appear to have been charged twice.

It's in an old building, the kind you'd want to stay in if you're visiting prague for the beautiful architecture. Location was good, lots of brunch places around, places to get coffee, lidl, 24/7 stores, public transport. Even the walking distance from the center is decent.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room had a TV. The shower is also good, and soap as well as shower gel were provided. The staff was really nice. We were placed in a room that exits directly into the common kitchen, which is a really strange place to put a room in. The doors from the kitchen to our room had large glass sections that allowed kitchen users to see inside to some degree (the glass was blurry, but still). The floor of the room was fairly dirty; we even found a used q-tip under the bed. The curtains were too transparent. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night, because this room is not suitable for anything more than that.

There was no toothpaste or slippers.

The hotel is located some distance from the tourist center, but it's just a 15-20-minute walk. If you take the tram, the hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. There are practically no tourists, so all the nearby pubs, restaurants, and cafes offer reasonable prices and excellent food. The hotel is in an old and very picturesque building that houses a small brewery. I last stayed here about 20 years ago, and almost nothing has changed. If you don't mind climbimg steep stairs, a short trip uphill to the tomb of an unknown soldier on the hill accross the road is worth it. Can't think of anything. OK, the pillows are a bit too big and the mattresses may be a bit too hard to some, but it did not prevent me from sleeping like a baby. The value for the price is still excellent.

it was a bit cold and we were only offered two towels total

The room was much larger than I expected, with plenty of space to feel comfortable. It was satisfactorily clean, and the location is very convenient. Especially helpful is that bus number 207 stops almost right in front of the hotel and goes directly to the city center. Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and always available. Security is at a high level, with someone always present at the front desk. The entrance door could only be opened upon request, directly from the reception, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. I didn’t like that the furniture is quite old, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

The bathtub/ shower

Beds were not comfortable.

Amazing interior design with many details, comfortable bed. Hotel is close to the center Very poor central heating without additional heating available. Water pressure on the 4th floor is terrible

Room was big, a bit old and worn out, but clean. The bathroom was unfortunately "smelly" (pipes or sewer?). I guess a renovation is needed. Location was good, Zizkov is an interesting district, 25 min walk to Old Town. The bathroom and the fact I was asked to leave the keys at the reception every time I was leaving the hotel. But the reception is open 24/7 and I never had a problem getting in.

The room wasn't clean. Especially the bathroom was bad, it looked like nobody cleaned the WC for a long time. Unfortunately I didn't have time to report it to the staff. Only one long towel, no short one for hands.

The location is pretty good, not too crowdy yet easy to find and get there by public transportation. The room and the building itself could be cleaner. The bathroom especiallly. The furnitures are worn out, old ones and the bad is hard as a rock.

Fantastic service, nice room and good location. Bonus for the excellent restaurant attached.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it's not in the very centre, but is only 2 minutes from bus stops, 5 minutes from trams and a 10/15 minute walk (depending on walking speed) from the main train station. You leave the room key at reception every time you leave the hotel, which actually works really well as you can't lose it and don't have to worry about carrying it around all day/night. The 24hr desk always greets you as you arrive and wishes you a good day as you leave. I would have to be really really picky to put anything here. Maybe the shower temperature but we had a room on the very top floor so it was understandable it took a few minutes to warm up properly
