We were extremely happy, very good location, the staff is incredibly nice, very rich and tasty breakfast and the bedrooms are beautiful like a fairy tale movie. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, the room was clean, the staff was frendly and breackfast was excellent. Location was just just perfect and the price quite fair. That would be the carpark. Verry small for such a large hotel.

Room and breakfast ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK A ROOM FACING WENCESLAS SQUARE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. At 3 AM, people outside were still shouting and screaming directly below the windows. I called reception to ask when the noise would stop and was told that it could continue until 6 AM or even later. What I find completely unacceptable is that the hotel is clearly aware of this problem, yet there was absolutely no warning when booking that rooms facing Wenceslas Square can be extremely noisy throughout the entire night. When I contacted reception at 3 AM, no solution was offered. I was not offered another room or any other assistance. I was simply told that the noise could continue beyond 6 AM. If you arrive tired after travelling and expect to rest, be very careful when booking this hotel. A beautiful central location means very little if you cannot sleep at all. Had I known about this situation in advance, I would never have booked a room facing the square. The hotel should clearly warn guests about this before assigning or selling these rooms.

Hotel has a nice charm, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are clean. There is a good choice for breakfast too. Location of hotel is very central, perfect for walking to all major attractions.
