2 weeks before the stay i asked the hotel for late check out, they said no problem , but in last day of stay they told that it was mistake and my room is already booked before and instead other option they told me to book one more full night Just after long negotiations they agreed to reduce the price because of their mistake and in fact that new room is smaller In the end the new small room was very noisy because of some pump or something like that, that worked 30 seconds every 20 minutes

Very nice hotel in an old building, fully refurbished, it looks great. A pretty good value overall. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. Friendly and competent staff. Close to IP Pavlova which is almost central for Prague. Between the 2 main avenues that lead to Prague center thus expect a lot of traffic, luckily the double windows provide good insulation.

Unhelpful in helping me retrieve items that I left in the room, and I never got them back.

The hotel was very quaint and the double room was ideal for my family. Lots of items to choose from at breakfast. The required too much personal information from us. No parking provided.

The room was comfortable for 3 people and the AC was already on when we arrived and cooled the room nicely down. Breakfast had good variety.

Everything was just perfect! Walking distance from the city center on a light “siesta” and very well connected with the public transportation. Breakfast is extremely good with a wide selection of all you might need to fulfill your morning cravings.

It was nice and quiet, the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, it was great having a kettle inside! Breakfast food was tasty and fresh, and quite a few options to choose. Some more vegan options for the breakfast would be great, especially any plant-based milk for coffee would make a huge difference!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Great value for the price. Comfy bed, toiletries, and a well-stacked minibar made my stay here a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but since it was already included in the price of the room, I can't complain too much.

It is close to noisy street but to my surprise the room was quiet. The breakfast was wonderfult, very unexpected on this price level.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel is near to the central train station. They allowed an early check-in, which we appreciated due to the time of our arrival. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was copious and it had several options. We were happy with our stay and we would go back. Very good value for the money. They didn't have vegetarian milk options for breakfast and the hotel is not so close to public transport stops, nothing serious though. We missed having darker curtains in the room as usual, the sun went through very early in the morning.

The hotel room was quite big, tidy, and cozy. The furniture and the walls were in good condition. The heating temperature in the room is adjustable, and you can set it to your preferred level. The location is central — it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. Breakfast was delicious . The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. Very good value for money The Wi-Fi was very slow, kept disconnecting, and we practically didn’t have it. Breakfast was tasty, but we stayed for 6 days and it was the same every day — it would be nice if they changed the assortment. Also note that the hotel does not have a real double bed; they push two single beds together and call it a double, So it is uncomfortable for couples

The reception was nice and friendly, open for 24 hours, the room was nice and comfy, and it was definitely value for the price. Even though I had a short stay, it was quite nice to relax around the city.
