The place is optimal for the price you get. The breakfast is ok and the staff is friendly. On a main and calm road. The room is tiny and the bathroom is carved out of the original room's space. Basically the place you stay is a 4x4m room, L-shaped and a small bathroom, avoid if you are claustrophobic. Keep in mind this is more of a bnb, rather than a hotel so keep your expectations realistic (a.k.a, low). Its a good place if you just need a bed to sleep after a long day around, but nothing else. Not adequate for large families.

The reception was closed after 6. When I wanted to use the hair dryer, I was told the reception was closed at that time. I couldn't wash my hair that day. In addition, there was a very bad smell of paint near the bed.

Good location (cca 10 minutes by bus from Florenc). Value for the money. Very calm (didn't hear a thing during the night). Pretty good breakfast included (good selection, just no eggs). Windows in my room were small, so on first look it seems you are in a basement, but it's actually 5th floor. There was odour coming from the shower (not too bad), and weak pressure from the shower. Facilities are older and used, but ok.

we had a very good stay, the staff are very nice, the room was clean and breakfast was enough for us. the shower was a bit small and it had quite a large step to get in but other than that, everything was good.
