The location was convenient. It is within walking distance of Prague’s main attractions, and if you prefer public transport, the Old Town is only a couple of metro stops away. At the same time, the area is quieter than the very busy city centre. A special thank you to Irina at the reception. She was very kind and welcoming. She allowed me to check in one hour earlier, which I really appreciated after my journey. I was also able to leave my backpack at the hotel after check-out and continue exploring Prague without carrying my luggage all day. The hairdryer in my room switched off after about 30 seconds of use, but after I mentioned it at reception, I was immediately given another one that worked perfectly. You can also borrow a kettle from reception if you need one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with friendly service. Thank you, Irina, for your hospitality!

I've stayed here 5 times so far. Position is perfect, facilities around are all you need (24h supermarket next to the hotel, metro/tram station, walking distance to the city center). The check-in can be made online, which is a plus. Late arrival is not a problem, you get your key at the reception after 8PM. There's even a disco/club close by, pretty known in the area and filled to the brim in the weekend, with young people, eager to have a good time. While the presence of a TV in the room is not necessary because the local cable is dubbed anyway (but it would be a plus for those like me, who travel with a laptop), the presence of a mini-fridge, empty, is very necessary during the warm season. The spot for it is present in every room furniture. These mini-fridges consume as much as the lightbulbs in the room, which could be exchanged for LED lights, to compensate the extra power consumption. Even the fans in the bathrooms can be exchanged for better ones, quieter and lower in power consumption and there will be extra electricity consumption.

Irina who works as reception is very accommodating and helped me out with a problem I had. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always been a pleasant stay. Especially for being I Prague two I feel it’s in an amazing location.

The numbers are were beautiful in my opinion. The staff was great, especially the lady named Irena at the reception.

A bit old, no sockets next to bed. I arrived at night and there were no towels in my room. No staff to request, door pin code wasnt working so I was waiting for other guests to go out and open

Very good and very professional

The bed and shower was good, it was decent place For price and service quality, i would expect a kettle and a few coffee or tea bags to drink or one bottle of water.

Location and staff. No tv in our room.

The property was close to shopping and to city center Did not feel safe. The windows did not lock, one window didn’t even close. There were people drinking and yelling outside my window past 4:00am. There was loud talking outside the door in the hallway at 3:30am. The ac didn’t work. There was no one to call. No one at the front desk. The extra lock on the front door was no deterrent either. The cleaning people just walked in the next morning without knocking. I found another hotel and left could not spend an extra night there. I told the front service clerk the next day when I was checking out but she didn’t seem surprised. She had no reaction at all.

Close to all transport and easily walk to major historical monuments. Should have a TV in the room to get news in English language.

The staff was very friendly The room was a bit to warm

Decent room size, good price. Street noise from trams and cars. Room slightly stuffy.
-
General room with everything what you need to stay for one night. Location is very good because it is almost city center and not far from train station. It is more "to improve", the hotel needs renovation :)

Hotel is a bit dated but is kept in tiptop shape. Room was cleaned daily and despite the busy road outside, the sound proofing worked well. The area is very local with lots of restaurants around. I never felt unsafe walking around at night. The lady at the reception was very hospitable. I didn’t catch her name but she provided me with all the information I needed even before I asked. She gave me a really nice first impression of not just the hotel but of Czech people in general. It is near a green line station (Namesti Miru) and the location perfectly matched my needs as I wanted quick and easy access to the airport and to the sites I wanted to see in the city center. None.
