The breakfast was really good, and the breakfast hall was very nice and formal looking The room was much smaller than advertised, there is no way to get outside but to leave the hotel and stand in the street. The staff was extremely rude, almost like you were bothering them by checking in. Very unfriendly and unhelpful and very bad English. Nothing to watch on TV for English speakers. Hotel is also in a dodgy neighborhood and far away from the tourist attractions, as soon as you go around a corner there are lots of beggars digging in bins, looking high and urinating in the streets. Did not feel safe and left the hotel after 1 night

The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed as it was so hot in Prague. Breakfasts were also excellent - plenty of choice with both hot and cold foods. All staff were welcoming and friendly and people on reception were so helpful.

Good space and amazing location. Staff was helpful in letting me store luggage after my stay so I could continue to explore the city While the bathroom was lovely and clean. The shower situation was a shower head in a bath tub. When I went to stand in the bath I slipped and landed on the edge of the bath, on my hip. Winding myself and bruising my hip. I was very lucky to not injure myself further. I think the chemicals used to wash the bath weren’t rinsed away properly and there was no grip at in the bath tub, and no handles to help myself up after my injury. Went to told staff the next morning and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Breakfast and breakfast room was great. Friendly staff. Big clean rooms. Location near tram and Lidl. No AC. Outside 35c and almost same inside. There was a fan, but that terrible fan noise 24/7, was so annoying and hard to sleep. Pillows are low and used.

Comdortable beds Parking was supposed to be included with the reservation, but they told me I cannot park in their lot even though through the whole stay there were 2-4 open parking spaces. I was told to park somewhere else which ended up being ant additional sum of 90 eur. But the hotel gave me a discount code for 10% off which didn't work. When I mentioned this I was told this will be forwarded to the manager, but when checking out the receptionist didn't know anything about it.
