Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, cheap and there were enough dishes to choose from. The room was very good for the price, clean and it was not too hot despite of the weather and the lack of AC, so I can recommend it even during the summer. I loved the location, it was a walking distance from the main railway station. The water in the tap was cold, but it was warm in the shower, so I did not bother to report it to the reception. There were spiders on the bathroom ceiling - I did not care, but it's just a warning for more arachnophobic people.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. They helped me figure out how to get around the city, and anything room related as well, their friendly vibe made all the difference. You definitely don't want to skip breakfast. The dining area is super bright and welcoming, which really sets a nice vibe for the rest of the day. They've got a variety of options to suit different tastes. But what really makes this hotel special is its great location. Situated right near a metro station, getting around the city was effortless. There's also a beautiful church just steps away -- a lovely place surrounded by a green park where you can visit and relax. The surrounding area offers many restaurants and cafes, so dining out never lacked choices. Despite that, the neighborhood itself is surprisingly quiet, so you can easily relax and get a good sleep after a busy day on your feet. All around, it's an amazing place to stay in Prague whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Great vibes and an ideal location. Will definitely rebook next time! The fridge was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it at night. Besides that, everything was fine.

Amazing location at a brilliant price with friendly staff and a great room. Room was large and comfortable despite it being the economy option. Slightly low shower head, had to Stoop to have a shower. Other than that it was excellent

Great location. Close to metro station. It was clean, staff were friendly. You can buy some basic amenities and have free coffee in the morning. I was happy with my stay.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent, situated in a lovely area with easy access to everything I needed. The accommodation was also very clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you I was surprised not to find any shampoo in the bathroom. When I asked about shampoo, I was told that it was not included free of charge. Perhaps I missed this in the booking details, but this is the first time I have experienced this. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which would have been very useful during my stay. Additionally, the power outlets were located quite far from the bed, so if I had known this in advance, I would have brought longer charging cables.
