Everything was perfect for a 2 nights staying in Prague. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Stepan and Ilmir. Even the hotel is not in the city centre, the transport is just in front of the hotel, so the turistic area is very accessible. They have an underground parking for a reasonable price.

Room, airco and bed are okay. To have no shower, only a bath. Pretty far from center (10-15 minutes by bus). Fridge was freezing instead of cooling. No gym.

The location is good and has good connections to public transport. Bus 207 can take you to the station or all the way to the city centre with only a few stops. Cleaning was kept to bare minimum; used tea cups not cleaned or replaced for days, no vacuum cleaning. Breakfast is pretty average and most staff don’t speak English. Staff cleaning the breakfast tables literally didn’t bother working the tables

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was great that breakfast was included, and the underground parking was very convenient. We chose this hotel because we were traveling around the Czech Republic, so staying outside the city center made it easy to get in and out of the city. There are also plenty of shops and cafés within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again! We stayed here as a family and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, very clean and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of hot and cold dishes, including sausages, cheeses, salads, pastries, sweets and good coffee. There was plenty of choice every morning and everything was fresh and tasty. The location is very convenient. Although it’s not in the Old Town, the tram and bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away and you can reach the city centre and the main attractions in about 10 minutes. Overall, this is a great family-friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, a convenient location and very good value for money. The hotel itself has very good soundproofing, and we couldn’t hear noise from other rooms or the corridors. The only minor downside was some traffic and street noise coming from outside, but it was still quite bearable and didn’t affect our overall stay.
