The room was surprisingly big for the way it looked and I thought it be small but it wasn’t. It was very clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. Having an air conditioner is a must in prague so I appropriated it. The bus to the city center is literally in front of the hotel. A bunch of cafe’s (especially the Georgian bakery cafe) and the laundry service are up the street. And in front of hotel, there is a billa super market. It was a very convenient location. The bathroom was weird where the water gather at corner of the entrance to the door to the bathroom. But it wasn’t anything serious. The minibar fridge was working properly. It was very slow and I thought it might be broken but still it was okay

Nice and clean and good breakfast Was a bit far from the turist areas

The restaurant staff was very nice and kind. Miroslav was also nice in letting me store my luggage. Nice location Breakfast was ok. The rooms need deep cleaning, there were lot of cobwebs on the ceiling. Put a DND on the door and a cleaning staff still barged in while I was sleeping. Also killed a mosquito on the first night

No problems

* Proper desk and good WiFi connection. * Coffee and tea facilities in the room. * Comfortable bed. * Clean bathroom. * The little fridge in my room did not work.

A pretty decent place. The room was very quiet and generally comfortable. The location is handy, just a short bus ride from the main bus station. The neighborhood itself is quite lively, full of bars and restaurants, but none of them are near enough the hotel to disturb the peace at night. There's a self check-in process that needed to be completed within some external online service before arrival, but it was all straightforward and took just a few minutes so it was not an issue. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

creepy atmosphere, bathroom, wifi - one day it was barely working, no window (room 302), check in process, didnt feel safe overall during the nights

clean I like quiet, so I specifically chose a room near the courtyard. But now all I see outside my window are various air conditioner units and ventilation ducts.

Great breakfast buffet, hot water in the shower, great wifi, comfortable . It looks very recently renovated, so the room was very clean.

I enjoyed the automated check-in process, including parking. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving it were very friendly. Overall, my experience was positive, except for one key issue that prompted me to leave this review. While the hotel was clean and recently renovated, my apartment smelled terrible, with a strong nicotine odor. I couldn't sleep even with the windows open, and because I was short on time and there was no reception staff, I had to accept it and leave earlier than I normally would. This shouldn't happen in a four-star hotel.

Clean and fresh. Staff available over the phone. The optional breakfast was very nice.

Clean, comfortable! There was no water for guests!

for a 4-star hotel, which had very narrow interior spaces, small rooms and windows on the roof where the sun penetrated directly and caused excessive heat inside the room - the window did not open due to birds flying nearby, also there were no slippers that are usually found in 4⭐️ hotels - so you had to walk barefoot in the room, the water in the bathroom was not abundant, there was very little running water in the tap, so you had great difficulty cleaning your face, teeth ... etc. The breakfast itself was not abundant and very few options. These confrontations do not belong!!! (4⭐️)??? I think 1 or 2⭐️ would be enough.

Everything digitalized, the staff was very friendly and willing to help, especially the supervisor Miroslav, who was very willing to help with any request! Newly established interior, all the details were good thought of. Very welcoming client service. Breakfast is standard but fresh and well served. My suggestion: ask for a room/suite that doesn't have the windows looking to the street: cause it will be very noisy even at night.

nice place to stay, also with shower gel, lotion, soap, slippers sometimes you will hear noise coming from outside

Very clean room and quiet, good bedsheets, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and variable, staff there was making sure everyone was happy. I had trouble getting in through first door because I put the code too many times and 1 minute earlier and it was blocked. Luckily the staff came out to help and after that it was working fine.

The price of the room per night was acceptable The self check in process was smooth and streamlined The room and location of the hotel was very good The bus station, supermarket and ethnic restaurants were at a stone's throw from the hotel I didn't like that my stay was short but I am definitely planning to book a longer term stay soon. The internet connection might need an upgrade
