The breakfast was excellent. Vegeterian options were great. The lady at the reception was super helpful with local options. Location is excellent so close to metro and old town square. The room was sound proofed well, even though we were right next to the elevator. A beautifully decorated hotel. Will be nice if the lady who was there in the morning foe breakfast on 12th and 13 august even said basic good morning, when guests wished her good morning. Basic hospitality.

Loved the charm of the hotel and a perfect location in the heart of Prague Only once did K find the staff to be a bit abrupt when asking for a recommendation . Most staff were truly wonderful

The hotel had charm and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really helpful. Would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Prague. There was no signage warning of the step down right after opening the door to breakfast. I hurt my foot and was unable to take the planned walking tour.

So charming and truly a grand old hotel. We loved it! Beds were so comfortable and breakfast was fabulous. Nice location in the Old City.

Location was great. Facility and breakfast was very good. Staff.He was rude and grumpy. After checking out of the hotel, we wanted to wait a little before leaving the building, but he stood over us, staring at us as if to say "go now," making us uncomfortable, so we had to leave.

Tom was very welcoming and friendly on our arrival. He gave us recommendations as we arrived quite a few hours before check in. A bar in the hotel for drinks if coming back to the hotel so could sit in the garden etc....
