It was close to my work place. Breakfast Good. 24 hour reception.

Clean room and very friendly staff, very affordable dishes in a restaurant. The distance from tram station. Only DM soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner etc, breakfast made with the cheapest ingredients, very poor quality and everything was cold, no variety to choose from,

Free parking, nice staff, English speaking, clean good food. Check in non stop perfect. At 39°C outside, was very hot in the room as well. It would have been nice air conditioner, but was a fan on the table.

location far from city center but for my work place it was good. at the reception staff was very co-operative. i must say specially thank you to Nicki as she was speaking very good english and very helpful nature. i requested a ventilator fan as it was very warm in the room. she immediately arrange one for me and send direct to my room. morning breakfast is pretty reasonable. everyone will find something to eat for sure. they have private parking next to hotel but with limited space for 4-5 car park. Room size very small, not friendly place for older person as all the rooms are upstairs and, staircase are very small and high. no elevator options available. parking options are very limited as street is narrow and its situated on up hill. so need to struggle with parking place. as i mentioned room size very small accordingly bathroom also very small. its okay for one night stay.

Well, my room was on the top floor of the 4-floor hotel building (where no lift is installed) so, you need to count with that ...

Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff. Small room, bathroom requires refreshing and maintenance.

Very good value for money. It was suitable for my one-night stay. Easy to reach from the motorway. The service was adequate for the price. There is no elevator. Getting to the upper floor with a large suitcase can be challenging. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The staff are helpful. The dinner prepared at an additional cost was delicious and not expensive. Recommended! No elevator.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is international and served from 06:00 to 09:30. Public transport is 100 m from the hotel. There is a nice parking for cars. The area is very quiet. Nothing.

Our experience at the hotel during our trip to Europe was truly unforgettable. We arrived to find that the parking lot was full, which could have been a frustrating situation. However, the incredibly helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us in finding alternative parking, and we were so grateful for their kindness. That’s not all, though! The Italian restaurant here looks absolutely wonderful, and my wife and I can't wait to try it. We're really looking forward to making more beautiful memories during our stay. Thank you once again for everything! ❤️

Breakfast was ok Parking was full. Blanket was dirty (pretty sure it was dried blood) i went to the reception to ask for a new one, but was told that since the cleaning ladies are gone i cannot recieve a new one... Shower gel was cheap hand soap from DM No amenities

Breakfast, location, quiet Small yellow stains under pillow and bedsheets. - I nicely ask staff to take precausions against bedbugs. I have encountered them before and was dissappointed by this finding in the hotel. I post this only because I forwared an email that I have not received any response in a month.
