Prague is on another level; I loved everything about it. Starting with the airport—I arrived tired with my daughter, and we were able to sleep right there because they had rest areas with bed-like furniture. We took public transport to the hotel—it was really cool—and the hotel itself was excellent. Everything was superb: the breakfast, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness—everything. Prague is a place you want to come back to—to live, to work, everything. Prague is on another level; I loved everything about it. Right away I was greeted with one of the nicest people in the hospitality industry in quite some time. Thats also why I am writing this review. I would like to thank Jozef for representing the hotel in the best way possible. Room was clean, with a balcony, comfortable bed, good heating and coffe machine and a kettle. Unimportant stuff that were vastly outweighed by the benefits including the price and an extremely friendly staff (Jozef)

The room was very clean, the coffee bar inside the room was replenished everyday. The reception and cleaning staff are very jovial, friendly and helpful. The balcony can be useful during summer, but it was freezing outside!! I am yet to book back to go and find out if anything has changed, so far I had a beautiful work week.

The staff and the fact they serve coffee and tea for free. Walls are very hear-through. Location is relatively far from center.

Very nice room. Great view from the balcony. If you missed bringing necessary items the hotel has them. Metro station not far away. You can get a massage. Great hotel.

The check in was easy, lots of parking space (though it's not free), and the room was amazing vs the price I've paid. It is very suitable for families who wish to visit Prague, as it is outskirt but easily travelable in. Nothing really, but they should update their "including breakfast" which was not available (their cafe is under renovation). Not sure if it is booking dot com site issue.
