Everything was superb! The welcome and customer service was extraordinary! Choose this place over any 5 or 6 star hotel. As soon as we were checking in, they brought us drinks and deserts to enjoy. Frank and his family and staff’s attention ensured that we were given a great room, tourist ideas, restaurant recommendations, etc. Location is within half a mile of old town. Breakfast was wonderful. Be sure to try the homemade apple strudel…it is the best that I have ever had. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, your vacation is memorable, and that you are treated like their number one VIP. During our next visit to Prague, we plan to stay at only one place, Hotel Residence Agnes.

Great location in the old town; quiet street but very near all the attractions Staff friendliness and helpfulness Comfortable room Small difficulty fully closing the shower door to keep water from dripping out, but a very minor issue considering how otherwise lovely our stay was.

The location was great but the hotel team was EXCEPTIONAL! Lucas made sure our every need was met . He anticipated what we might need and did everything with a smile!

This hotel was amazing. Every thing from transportation pickup, staff organizing tours and reservations for dinners, quiet location very walkable to sights, unrivaled breakfast buffet, fresh flowers, chocolates and waters in room and drinks offered upon each days return. Agnes is a small hotel, beautifully renovated with personal service from entire staff that is rarely encountered these days. They will make your stay memorable. absolutely nothing.

This property was excellent. We felt comfortable the minute we arrived. The service from everyone here was outstanding and the team couldn’t do enough for us. From arranging our parking, to booking dinner reservations. One of the best meals we’ve ever had was at a restaurant recommended by the hotel. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Prague :) Creaky bathroom and wardrobe doors which is easily fixed :)
