I didn't like the smell of the bathroom. Also the glass door of the shower wasn't isolated and we couldn't close it properly, so every time after showering there's water on the floors. Also there were not enough power outlets and we were in trouble to charge our mobile phones, tablets and smart watches.

Very nice hotel , so central ,a short walk away from the national museum and the metro ,so easy to get around . The hotel itself was perfect for our stay

Kind Ukranian owners and staff. They were friendly and giving their best service. Room was fine with the toilteries. Breakfast was good. Strict Rules of checkin procedure after arriving 12hours travel no sleep.Should be more thoughtful toward the guests.

Nothing I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. I stayed on the ground floor with my family, and the room had a strong smell of mold. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable; the rooms were dirty and very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I specifically chose this hotel because of the parking facilities. However, upon arrival, I was told that I could not park my car simply because it is an electric vehicle. This information was not provided to me in advance, and I was left stranded in the middle of the night without any assistance or solution to this problem. The service was equally appalling. The young staff member at the front desk was unprofessional, disrespectful, and behaved in an incredibly rude manner. Furthermore, the breakfast was very limited and insufficient. My complaints were completely ignored, and no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I would never choose this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

The only good thing was that the staff in the breakfast area were young and kind! I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The biggest issue is that the hotel does not match the photos shown online. The pictures are misleading, and the actual property is much older, poorly maintained, and in much worse condition than advertised. Cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and there were insects in the room. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor, and the shower holder was broken. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan. The room had very poor ventilation and became hot and stuffy, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The hair dryer was also defective; it only produced heat with almost no airflow and stopped working completely after a few minutes. The elevator was extremely small and painfully slow. The breakfast area was another major disappointment. It is far too small for the number of guests. When it becomes full, guests are directed to another room with no windows, which feels dark, cramped, and very uncomfortable. The hallways are old, unattractive, and give the entire hotel a neglected appearance. The bed linens had yellow stains. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The garden area was also a disappointment. It was practically unusable and looked nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price. The misleading photos, poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and multiple maintenance issues made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again. We stayed fivet, but could not sleep.

The price per night is excellent for what the hotel offers. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but it’s simple, quiet, and exactly what you need if you’re planning to spend your days exploring the town. It’s also within walking distance of downtown, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything we tried was always fresh and delicious. The bed could have been more comfortable. It was made up of two single beds pushed together, and they weren’t even the same height, which made it less comfortable to sleep on. That was my only complaint.

Location was good. Breakfast was not so bad. The staff, comfort, cleanliness.

The location was a reasonable and straightforward walk to the old town city centre. And There is a nice park along the way. The National Museum is also along the way. Very clean and comfortable with ample sleeping options. The room I had was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden. It was quiet. It offered an elevator if needed. Breakfast was very good, it was very very secure with an extra locking door to each passageway to the rooms and 24 hour concierge service. Amazing. The bathroom was on the smaller size so the navigation in and out and the shower size may pose an issue for larger people. I was not fazed by this but it is not directly in the hub of the old town. Younger people might find this too far from excitement, action and noise in addition to the plentiful options for eating right in the heart of old town.

Everything is perfect

Location, cleanliness, kind staff, good breakfast and value for money. No handles in the toilet, room too hot (even when the heater was off, it was still really hot- might be worth checking the proper work of the right heater in the room).

The hotel was close to the train station, the center of the city, and the Charles Bridge. The breakfast there was included which made it more convenient for us. I enjoyed being in an old building, yet it had a nice room that we really enjoyed. The location was perfect. No complaints at all.

The staff was kind. The room was clean.
