Location - you could walk on any direction and find awesome places to visit/to eat Free lunch is a big plus. Authentic korean lunch. There are only open beds which is great but there is no privacy to fellow travellers.

The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. It was also nice that the hostel offers a free lunch. The staff were not very polite. I was asked twice why I was sitting next to the reception desk, even though it is a designated seating area for guests. I also had to show my key and ID unnecessarily. There was no information about where to leave the keys when checking out. Since reception opens at 11:00, but check-out is at 10:00, it is impossible to return the locker key in person and get the locker deposit back. Although lunch is free, it is only served during a specific time window, which is quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it at that time. A takeaway option is available, but it costs 100 kroner, which seems unreasonable for a meal that is advertised as free. Before my stay, I noticed that there were quite a few Google reviews mentioning bed bugs. I did not see any signs of them during my stay, but the reports made me extra cautious and affected my peace of mind.

Clean and friendly

Location is an important transportation hub, so natural that traffic&trams has noise, which you can hear in the room if you have streetfront room.

The room was spacious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed the common room, which has a kettle, microwave, coffee and sugar, as well as other amenities (no fridge though). The food at the restaurant that we got from the free lunch vouchers was amazing! You can choose between four dishes, two of which are vegetarian. The location is perfect-right in the center of the city. The curtains were not opaque enough, and the room could use some small lamps.

Plumbing was terrible, both the room and the restaurant toilets had bad smell. Many guests had a late night party and nobody cared. Lunch was not worthy.

The setting is nice, but it's not too far from the old town. It was really frightening for me to be alone in the big room with five single beds. Since the other bed appeared to be ready and reserved for someone, I assumed I was waiting for a new roommate. I waited till I departed, but no one showed up. To be honest, I was scared to be alone in that room, but overall, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The meal was quite tasty and came in large servings, and the location is directly across from the mall. I believe I made it through! ? Next time I’ll choose a bed bunks then. ?? The drainage system in the shower wasn't functioning correctly. The bathing area is flooded and for me it was completely unhygienic after shower. I hardly seen or heard anyone during my stay aside from the cleaners and reception staff (nice people). The noise from the tram and portable AC kept me awake, ear plugs were provided together with a towel anyways. On my 2nd day I was able to locate the common room, teas and coffees provided but nobody there to socialize, though I am not very sociable person. ?

Clean. Centrally located. Bonus of Korean food in a good restaurant. There was a complication in my booking and I had to be moved to another dorm, but the staff was helpful and polite about it, and they gave me a good discount for the change. Tram noise from the main street.
