Very classic romantic hotel - perfect for a couple. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very nice breakfast. R

The location is excellent if you want a quiet residential area with short walks to local cafes, restaurants, etc. Easy access to transit to get around. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and great way to start the day on the back patio. The gym / health club had very limited hours and was closed for early morning workouts. Only reason rating is not a 10.

The people were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was great excellent breakfast plus near easy transportation. We loved the property no complaints.
-
Very clean room with good amenities. The breakfast was not included in the room booking but it looked nice and so was the patio.

Breakfast I spent 6 nights here at an average of 150 US Dollars per night, and it was a total disaster. Despite the mild spring weather (outside temperatures in the 40s–70s), the room was a stifling furnace. The AC was useless. When I complained, the front desk’s "solution" was to tell me to open the windows. This is impossible at this location due to the deafening, constant noise from trains and planes all night. The most insulting part? When I asked to change rooms, they had the nerve to demand an additional 50 Euros per night to move me. Paying a premium price for a room should guarantee basic comfort; it shouldn't be a "pay-to-play" game just to get a room that isn't a sauna. The only positive was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely nice and professional. Unfortunately, a good breakfast doesn't make up for being extorted for a decent night's sleep. Between the broken AC, the noise, and the greedy management, this hotel is a massive rip-off. I felt like I was paying 150 dollars a night for torture. Avoid this place at all costs.

Beautiful old building, well renovated with a nice spa and amazing stuff. Not too far from Prague 1 and has many restaurants around in a walking distance. Liked everything

It’s a cool looking room and the buildings cool too. The bath water came our brown for a bit and there’s this weird horn sound at night
-
staff was kind, nice and helpfull .breakfast is also very good, there were lots of thing for everyone's taste.Location is close Wenceslas square-15 minutes on foot, a further 10 minutes walk you are at old town.Main train station is 15 minutes walking distance First, I asked one queen bed, they give me a makeshift quen bed consisting of two single bed placed side by side, blankets are small to cover one people properly. In bathroom glass of tube was narrow covering less then half of tube's side so every time floor of bathe was like a lake!.At the time of booking, photo of room was a attic room but they give me a non attic standard room.
