Special thanks for Mrs.Irena, everything was perfect, breakfast was delicious, room was clean, you can smell it in the air, really appreciated behavior of the staff, we give 10/10 to Prague ! Also after check out she let us leave our belongings in the hotel until our departure and gave us a little gift for our trip, wish we had relative like her, an angel on the earth! We didn’t like perfectness :)

Beautiful setting and fantastic location. Fan in room in lieu of aircon, but this was very weak. Refrigerator was not very cold, normally not a problem but it was 34 degrees outside. Weird Czech thing of having a shower nozzle for baths but no place to mount it so it’s hand held??

The location was perfect for boats and buses, if you’re up for it you could walk to many. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was compact but spotlessly clean with maids every day. My husband is still raving about the breakfast. Nothing! Ok our room was basic and compact but was spotless, air conditioned and comply.

Great location near tram stops. Good cafes nearby - Sisters, and restaurant Lokál Dlouhááá. Spacious family room with separate sleeping areas. Lovely courtyard for food and drink. Breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice. No air-con in rooms. Temperature was manageable with fans.

Location, location, location - right in the heart of the old town, only 10 minutes walk to the old town square and Charles Bridge. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel had a beautiful courtyard for dining and leisurely afternoon drinks. Definitely 10/10 xx

A beautiful old building, very tastefully furnished. Super helpful staff. We had to leave before breakfast & were immediately offered a pack up. 2 very nice sandwiches, a bottle of water, an apple & 3 delicious biscuits each. We enjoyed them very much

I like that it’s tucked away from the old town yet not too far. It’s an excellent location. The decor is really thoughtful. I love the retro vibe. Nothing in particular. It’s a lovely place. The key was a bit sticky but they did fix it.

Maze like with multiple stairs not for the mobile challenged. Careful to specify what type of bed and bath facility needed, not all rooms are equipped the same.
