Good selection of breakfast options. The air conditioning in the room works well. Most of the tables in the restaurant are arranged to seat 4 or 6+ people. There was only one table for two, so if you're traveling alone or as a couple, you'll have to have breakfast with strangers. No slippers in the room.

It was pretty good. The scrambled eggs were strange. There was something else in the, I'm not sure what. I finally switched to hard boiled eggs. Apparently this hotel caters to group tours, which would be okay if the hotel had more than two small elevators for fourteen floors. Each elevator could accommodate only three people with their luggage. There also a problem with security. I left my, but forgot something. I returned 5 minutes later to find a maintenance man in my room. I reported it to the front desk, but they had no explanation why. There was no follow up by the hotel as to why he was there.

The beds were amazingly soft It had cracked and stained parts around the room, even the cups seemed stained, and the bathroom was awkwardly positioned inside the room - it didn't feel like a four star hotel

Bed size and cleaning every day. Breakfast. We visitet Praga, when it was 32 degrees outside-very hot. Our air conditionier didnt work, it was "locked" without any option to unlock it. When we ask for help at assistance desk, they lie, that technitian is coming tomorrow. Nobody ever came. Not tomorrow, not day after tomorrow. Poor service and not very nice stay without fresh air (windows were open, but street is super noisy)
