Exceptional

Dobře dostupný hotel MHD, moc milý personál, možnost uložení kufrů ještě před check-inem a po check-outu. To byl jednoznačný bonus. Pokoje byly velmi malé, ale čisté. Skvělé snídaně s širokou nabídkou jídel! Náš pokojík byl nejmenší pokoj, co jsem kdy na hotelu viděla. Dveře se musely zavírat bouchnutím, nešlo je normálně zavřít klikou. A stěny mezi pokoji byly velmi tenké, takže jsme slyšeli sousedy až do hluboké noci.

The pillows wasn’t comfortable at all, couldn’t sleep whole night, there is no sufficient light in the room, I could hear the people in the next room using their bathroom.

Breakfast was exceptional, the location is great - within a walking distance to the old town. Rooms are small, but cozy. I especially appreciated the cleanliness.

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and breakfast was great The noisy guests which I appreciate it’s not the hotels fault. We had extremely noisy neighbours in the next rooms for all three nights we were there which was a shame

Comfy bed, great breakfast selection Other guests were very noisy when going out/ coming in late. Not really a fault of the hotel but worth considering if you sleep lightly.

The hotel offered satisfactory value for money. The breakfast was served as an open buffet and provided a sufficient variety of options. The location was convenient for those who prefer to explore on foot, with many places within walking distance. Its proximity to the tram station also made it easy to use public transportation Overall, the hotel offered acceptable value for money, but there were several areas that could be improved. The rooms were quite small, and the key card often malfunctioned, requiring frequent replacements at the reception. This made entering and exiting the room inconvenient. The elevator was old and stopped at intermediate floors, which meant having to use stairs to reach the room. This was particularly difficult when carrying luggage.

The hotel was so quiet. The room was really clean and beds were comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and friendly staff. Room was smaller than we thought it would be but was still a great hotel.

Easy to find, located close to tram metro and buses. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Room not big, but comfortable and clean so cannot fault it. Bathroom clean and functional with towels and soaps provided. Breakfast buffet was excellent - hot and cold options available to suit all tastes. Highly receommended. Nothing. Was as good as we hoped.
