The stay was wonderful, the hotel was quiet, and the position of the hotel in the middle of the centre and close to everything. There were many good services. The staff were great, especially at reception, and the employee Ahmed was very helpful and efficient.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we had in Prague. The location was excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafés, and all the facilities we needed. A special mention to Ahmad, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He provided great guidance about the hotel and also gave us useful tips for exploring Prague city. His kindness and assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Nothing

Very comfortable, very clean and neat, comfortable beds and room overall, nice environment and great location. The breakfast room could do with better seating. You can’t really enjoy relaxing breakfast because of that. Variety and quality is good.

Clean and nice family rooms, excellent location and very friendly staff (especially Ahmad). AC in the room was good to have with outside temperatures of 36 degrees. Breakfast with the option of freshly made juice was also very nice. Unfortunately the rooms facing the street can get very noisy due to people partying outside. When mentioning that at the reception they however directly changed the room and even provided an upgrade which was very helpful.
