Very good They should be much cleaner than they are.

The cleanliness of the room was at a very low level, and if you choose an attic room, the stairs are quite steep and narrow—I would not recommend them for families with small children. The elevator barely fits three people without luggage.

Location was perfect , the stuff on reception and in kitchen were very nice. The facility is very old and need proper renovation, the rooms are cold and need to ask for AC to turn on , they remotes didn't work so I had to find myself. Also before reservation I asked for queen bed and the confirm that it is okay, but the hotel didn't have queen bed at all. And the windows are so bad, it is so noisy impossible to sleep.

Hotel location. The hotel room is dirty, dust everywhere. The dishes are not washed properly. The multifruit juice for breakfast is diluted.

The room was comfortable, roomy and with great amenities. I got the sense if I went the wrong direction, it was pretty "seedy."

This is a typical european old building so expect that somehow it is old style. From furnitures to the interior. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. - No smart tv. ? - There was construction on-going near the building which will wake you up. - I spent 20mins walking from Main Station to the hotel since I arrived at 21:00 and no day ticket ? for public transportation. Otherwise, Metro Station is 5mins walk. - Breakfast was okay.

Hotel and room was ok, bit dated but clean. However, putting stickers everywhere to encourage people tipping the cleaning staff is a horrendous practice. Pay your staff a decent living wage and don’t make them dependent on the “gratitude” of people that are already paying vastly inflated room prices.
