    Dirty, bad location

  • Engine customer May 2026

Cleanliness: Awesome Room size: Bigger than what we expected. Parking and Reception service: Excellent Breakfast: Choices were good but the Quality was not that good. For example breads were so dry and things were messy during the breakfast. Location: keep in mind you need to take a bus to reach the near by metro and then to the city center. it takes around 40-45 mins . Hotel Reception: it was too crowded as there are many visitors coming with the bus which makes the ambience louder and congested. Facilities: only one sauna was opened on the day of our stay and that too is only open from 11 am to 9 PM.

    Quiet, good price, good service

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Rude reception. Would not check us in until check in time even if room was available. Did not plan staffing when hundreds of people were booked for a sports event. Rooms are really old, with no maintenance.

This hotel was such a surprise for me and not what I expected at all. Everything looks like a time capsule and the hotel looks like peak luxury from 40 years ago. Everything looks tacky and funny. The rooms are old and dingy and the one we had was ridiculously big with a lot of empty space. The hallways are dark and long and look like a scene from a horror movie. The important thing is that the bedding, towels and rooms are actually clean as otherwise none of the other quirks would be charming. The hotel is very big and marketed as having a lot of services for their guests (tennis, bowling, gardens, bars, restaurants, pool, wellness center...) but it's unclear which of these services can be accessed at any time, since, for example, we were informed that bowling is closed during winter. Breakfast is acceptable and there are enough things for anyone to find something they like. Parking was free with my booking and there are multiple parking lots accessible to guests. All in all, this was a very interesting stay and I believe it's worth the money, but you should definitely know what you are getting into. The hotel is very far from the city center and not that well connected. There is a bus that could take you to the metro station and then from there you could go to the center but it's easier to just take your car to the metro park and ride and go from there, or just take your car straight to the city. There is also nothing of any importance or value around the hotel. There is a bit of that familiar old room smell here, but you get used to it quickly.

I didn't like the food from the bar. It's a little bit expensive..

The triple room was clean and spacious, with one toilet and a very large bathroom. We stayed there for 8 nights, and every morning our room was tidied up. 1) Since the decorative pillows were dirty, I asked the staff not to put them on the beds; however, every evening when I returned to the hotel, I would find them on the beds again. This meant that I had to ask for clean sheets and change them myself, as the housekeeping staff was not working in the evenings. I did it twice, the third time, I approached the receptionist and asked how long this would continue. She said that housekeeping was not working at that time and that she couldn’t help. When I replied that this was not my problem, she said, “I don’t care.” I was shocked by such an unprofessional response from the receptionist. The next day, the same dirty pillow was on my bed again. When I approached the receptionist once more (a different staff member this time), she asked me why I had chosen their hotel if I was so frustrated. How could I have known before check-in that I would encounter these problems and such unprofessional behavior from the reception staff? To sum up, 2 young girls from reception are unprofessional, and I hope the hotel management sees this review! 2) There was no power outlet next to my bed. 3) No slippers in the rooms, you should pay around 4 EUR for a pair. 4) On the first day, the room was quite dark. On the second day, one of the lights stopped working, making it even darker. 5) The fridge seems to be working, but it doesn't keep things cold at all. 6) There isn’t a single cup in the room, let alone the kettle. 7) Breakfast is almost the same every day and tasteless, not much choice. 8) Everything you want from reception, you should go and get yourself; no one will bring it to your room (iron, clean sheets, soap...)

The room was spacious but equipments are old and nonfunctional. AC not working, they put off the lights on the corridor, everywhere was dark and smells

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Room was large and clean I enjoyed the old style design which made feel like in 70s or 80s It doesn’t actually have an AC it’s just a fan. The breakfast was not good in quality and variety.
