The host was very friendly, reached out by SMS before I had a chance to and we coordinated about keys etc. Anyway there is a 24/7 reception.

Located next to the train station and a store. Avoid this hostile, bully of a host. The place is advertised as soundproof and is not. You can hear neighbors stomping around upstairs, people talking outside the restaurant below the apartment located in the first floor. As full time travelers who stay at close to 100 accommodations per year, I specifically search in Booking for soundproof properties. We decided to check out early and asked for a refund because of the deception. The owner demanded to come over, sat in the living room as the noise was occurring and called us liars. She then tried to bribe us with a free stay at some property she would have available in two years. Dealing with Booking customer service was like dealing with AirBnB. I was told on two separate occasions we would be getting a refund on the balance, only to be told the host was not going to give it to us. We even provided video recording of the noise. I do not recommend this proper specifically because of the experience had with the owner. The couch is horribly uncomfortable and the bedroom curtains are not black out as advertised. The shower is a bathtub with the bathroom sink at one end taking up half the area. The place is misrepresented. I should have know better to rent a place with 35 reviews. That explains a lot, too.

Comfortable apartment on 1st floor of a modern building next to underground and tram stops 10 minutes from major attractions. Nice kitchen. Free car parking during weekends. Very friendly host. Bathroom is very small with washing machine and dryer. We didn't appreciate being provided an apartment on the 1st floor instead of 9th or 10th which we had booked on the grounds that there was no air-conditioning in the upper floor apartment(s).

All the equipment listed was present, clean and ready to use. A free minibar was a nice surprise. The area is nice and safe. There is also a supermarket right around the corner. Being this close to the old town meant that it is only 10/15 minutes away by taxi or public transport.

The owner is going the way of quality and not quantity. She came to welcome us personally. There was a nice Christmas decoration and the apartment is very comfortable clean and modernly equipped. It was great for us that we found coffee, some free drinks in the fridge.. When booking, the discounts added up, so even the price was good in the end, we did not have to go anywhere in the first hours, did not have to ask anyone for anything and could relax - there is fast wifi and two separate bedrooms so my friend could do his administrative stuff in peace. If you need to change things after a long trip, there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. We didn't cook much in the kitchen considering the length of our stay, but it was also very well equipped including a dishwasher. Logistically, it's a perfect location right on the metro and close to a tram stop so we left our car parked in front of the residence and were able to get around the city without stress. Parking is paid only on working days days via a machine or app (40CZK/hr from 8am to 8pm). It is worth downloading the PIDlitacka app where you have maps of the city online you can pay not only for parking but also for car sharing bikes or scooters. I was a bit sorry that the terrace was not right next to the apartment, but on the roof of the building. In summer it must be really nice to relax there on deck chairs overlooking the Prague Castle. We will definitely come back here for a longer stay.

It's one room not 2 as shown in pictures One space included with the kitchen The owner was extremely not nice She took a high deposit then asked me to clean the flat and leave it clean or she will deduct the deposit So basically cleaning is not included in the price You have to clean yourself, you have to throw the rubbish yourself I had a few requests she rejected it all like checking earlier We had a dog she asked for additional money which we paid but yet She warned me if there were any traces of dog hair she will deduct from the deposit While we had no way to clean ??? that much Instead of coming to have fun We had to worry about her requests

Felt like home. Has everything you need for a short or medium term stay. The host is nice and polite. Could be just a bit renovated.

Poor

I loved the apartment, which was nice, clean and bright. It was on the ninth floor so the view was breathtaking. Even though the apartment is further from the old town, the metro and tram station was just outside the apartment, so it was super easy and convenient to get to places. Can't think of anything.

Good location with convenient transport, grocery store and restaurant. There is no air conditioning, but it was very warm - 33 degrees.
