location, staff, room all were excellent. The temperature of water in the shower could not be set without actually getting inside the bathtub. The glass prevented this. I really don’t like ice cold water in my face while I adjust to the right temperature!

The service in the restaurant was incredibly bad. The staff never came to the table to offer drink refills or take empty plates away. There was enough staff and restaurant wasn’t too busy so it looked like staff were not trained on customer service. Food was good though.

location because we arrived at night. location because we had rent a car. we are all alergic to feathers, we arrived at 2am with kids, check in took too long and when we got to the room after travelling the entire day the bedlinen was with feathers despite the fact that I did request featherless rooms in my booking. Housekeeping in the morinign was way too loud in the rooms near us.

Location to the airport. The A/C in one of the rooms did not really work.

The Shower - need to be a tall person to use. I am very short, and I was scared I was going to fall every time I got out of the shower and there was no handles to hold on to get out.

One room 541 was excellent. But room 545 the floor towel in the shower was completely wet even though it was folded. No accessories at all like a shower cap, hygiene similar to room 541. Water pressure was low compared to what I encountered in other hotels. But overall not bad.
