I noticed an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when I took a shower. Also, the water accumulated quite a lot in the shower and drained very slowly. The room did not have a mirror where I could get ready and check my clothes

Very welcoming staff and a high quality room It’s a little bit outside the centre of Prague but it wasn’t much of an issue with walking and public transport both good options

I like how friendly the staff is . I don't like the location,it's noisy. You can hear the elevator every time someone uses it. You can hear the cars and tram inside the room. The floor is dirty,and the cabinets are dusty. The room feels creepy and the hallway is dark .Smelly toilet.No parking so we have to find the parking and grab all our luggage from the parking area to our hotel which is 5 mins walk.

Zodpovedajúce fotkám, dobrá lokalita a dostupnosť MHD. Pár minút chôdze od obchodného centra a pekného parku. Na 4 hviezdy to nezodpovedá. Rozpadávajúci sa nábytok a zariadenie. Špina a smrad v sprchovom kúte. Minichladnička je skôr mikrochladnička ale aspoň chladené nápoje sú naozaj vychladené. Mali sme rezervovanú jednu manželskú posteľ no dostali sme 2 jednolôžkové ktoré sa po podlahe pohybovali ako na ľade. Išli sme na raňajky a keď sme sa vrátili pani uprarovačka nám nechala otvorené dvere do izby v ktorej sme mali všetky naše osobné veci. Boli tam ešte nejaké drobnosti ako chýbajúce papuče ale to už je asi skôr vec osobného názoru. Wifi prístupové údaje sú iba dole na recepcii takže si ich odporúčam pri check-ine uložiť.
