Everything!! Such a unique place with so much history. The staff in particular were outstanding, but everything else was also top notch

BEAUTIFUL building, beautiful staff and a well-appointed and beautiful room! Staff were so accommodating and patient when my arrival was delayed and my companion got there before me, letting her access the room without me, and letting me settle payment the next morning. It’s a little far away from the thick of things, but easily accessible by public transport or taxi. The shower was powerful and hot, the bed big and comfortable, the food fresh and delicious, the staff friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Svatojánský Dvůr, and can’t wait to stay here again when I’m back in Prague. Not a dislike, personally, but worth noting if, like my travel buddy, you are more sensitive to heat and used to air conditioning: Prague weather was hot, and so too was our room (we were there during one of the many European heatwaves happening this summer). We were provided with two table fans upon request, and we survived, haha!

The hotel is situated in a safe and quiet area of Prague 8, Underground Station is within walking distance of 5 minutes, so it takes only 5-10 minutes to get downtown. The owners and the personelle are very friendly, the hotel is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and paintings. Nice restaurant and beer garden, great food! We definitely can recommend the hotel to a couple or a family with kids. We‘ll be back for sure!

Our stay at Hotel Svatojánský Dvůr was simply exceptional and unique. I don't know where to begin! Perhaps with the great kindness and friendliness of everyone; especially Miroslav, who went out of his way to help us. Our flight arrived very early and upon arrival at the hotel, he greeted us, stored our luggage, and gave us directions on what to do in the center of Prague. It's a beautiful boutique hotel! Decorated in a gorgeous old Czech style! Safe, quiet, and very close to a metro station. The rooms are comfortable and lovely! I was fascinated by the mirrors! The bathroom is anything but old-fashioned! Totally modern! The shower is phenomenal! Spacious and fantastic. To make our stay even more enjoyable, the breakfast is fit for royalty! Prepared with such care and love! And oh my goodness, it's enormous! A huge variety of Czech breads, ham, salami, cheeses, a fruit platter, eggs cooked to order, coffee, tea, water, and juice! Served beautifully in a gorgeous lounge. We also decided to have dinner one night, and words can't describe how delicious the traditional Czech food was! The dish served on a Viking-style platter was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you, Miroslav, and all your beautiful family for these unforgettable days. We loved Prague in every way!! Congratulations on such an excellent hotel and especially for the wonderful person we met. Until next time! Hugs from Mexico & Colombia... I absolutely loved EVERYTHING!! Nothing to change!! It's one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in! Congratulations!

Really lovely stay. Made to feel very welcome by all. No tea and coffee making facilities - breakfast doesn’t start until 8am so it would have been nice to make a cup of tea when I woke up early I found my bedroom hard to turn the key in the door at times.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff... comfortable room.

Beautiful old hotel with friendly staff. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in Europe. Breakfast was good, we also ate dinner in the restaurant which was amazing and very affordable for our family of five. Definately recommend.

Incredible staff, so attentive and kind. Beautiful clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Extremely big beds :)) A bit far from the main area of Prague.

Very clean, quiet, very nice antique decoration, , breakfast was good, but everyday the same, near supermarket, shortly it felt like Home A bit distance from metro, lack of elevator, a bit late hour breakfast, and relatively early closure for dinner
