Only thing that would’ve made it better is if we were given 2 sets of keys.

Noisy neighbors.

The apartment was clean, affordable, and, most importantly, it’s located in the city center

The room space was more than enough. A locker after a locker, you would feel safe if nobody forgot to close the main gate. Very close to the shopping area as well as the tram station and bus stops. The small kitchen shared by three or four rooms, is fully functional and clean as it should be. The walls and floors(carpets) need to be renovated. The male staff seems not so happy to receive new guest, fortunately, we only needed to meet once.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. The entrance is dark with no lighting at all, and the lift is extremely scary and feels unsafe. There is no proper reception, and the staff is shockingly unprofessional. The lady with glasses was exceptionally rude and inhumane. After checkout, she forced us outside in -4°C weather, even though I was with my wife and young children. I politely requested to let us sit in the corridor for just one hour, but she showed zero empathy, zero manners, and zero concern for children. Pushing a family with kids out into freezing temperatures is cruel, heartless, and completely unacceptable. This place has no concept of hospitality or basic human decency.

The rooms were very clean and the location was superb, 5-10 minutes away from Old Town, grocery shops, nice restaurants, and the subway. Would definitely visit again, you can even rent an entire suite with multiple rooms if you have more friends. The kitchenette and bathrooms were also clean and comfy.

The room has incredibly squeaky floors, as well as bed frame. Incredibly barebones - could use a mirror on the wall, and even a hook or rail to hang the towels would go a long way to making the room more functional. When I was there, only one of the three toilet / shower rooms had a mirror.

Clean room, bathroom and kitchen are nice.

The location was really good, really close to the center. The neighbors were a little bit too loud.

The property is very clean. And the location is good. When you arrive just be aware it can take some time before you get hold of the host.

Great location. Private room and communal space clean. Squeaky floors. If you get noisy people in the next room you can hear everything.

Location, and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen everyday. Asking for deposit. There shouldn't be a deposit for this. Usually deposit is for hotels which are providing minibar or customer uses hotel's restaurant, but for hostel which does not provide these options, there shouldn't be a deposite.

Great location, fast check-in, good interior (at least for our King Deluxe option), all needed appliances, clean floor, shower, furniture and comfortable bed. May be not as fancy “hotel” experience as somebody may want but for couple of days for this price - totally fine! I would say decent! Special thanks for pet-friendliness and no extra fee! Exterior was a bit old and we saw some cracked glass panels but apartment inside was nice. Noise during the day. I think that noise was more “hostel” thing. Neighbors were very load, shouting, knocking, slamming doors etc. But night actually was pretty peaceful. We had a dog with a us. If your dog is sensitive to sounds - you should comfort him/her pretty frequently and not leave alone.

This is in fact a hostel, not a hotel, as it is presented on Booking.com. It was very difficult and frustrating to get into the property - the reception is in fact on an upper floor and nobody was answering the intercom. There were no clear instructions on how to get in touch other than a local number.

Location is great, very close to the old part of town. Rooms are nice and have what you need. Staff is friendly. Solid choice for the price.

The location is close to the downtown. I had a very disappointing experience regarding their payment policy and guarantee procedure. At checkout, I was told I had to pay a €50 guarantee. Even worse, the hotel only accepts this guarantee through a plastic card, and they refused to take cash, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. This was very inconvenient and made me feel uncomfortable, as I tried several times to pay in cash and they simply refused. They charged my card €50 as a pre-authorisation, but what really upset me is that they didn’t refund it immediately at checkout as I expected. Instead, it took over a month for the money to appear back in my bank account.

Great location Expensive parking space, you can check-in only before 21. Staff is not friendly

Great location.

Bed was uncomfortable, floors made noise while moving. No one informed us that we needed to pay deposit before check in using card, money may be blocked for several days or month depending on the type of card.
