Bathroom eas cold , non ventilated, lack of towels

Everything was ok, cleaning ok, staff ok. May be we have not paid that much attention how much flat is Prague :) because that almost flat sometimes can create some fatigue walking...but was our bad.

Was super nice, close to center, close to tram stop, clean, easy to check-in, no keys required. Super nice! I'm gonna be back for sure.

It was spacious, clean, bright and very well decorated with lots of details. The location was great, right by tram and 10 minutes away from the center. Gaby, the receptionist was very friendy. We had the 4th floor with no elevator, and my mom is older, so it was a bit of a struggle. Nothing too terrible though.

The apartment is very nice. It had almost everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and I loved that there were two different types of pillows so we could choose the one that suited us best. It is very well connected with the tourist attractions, has food shops nearby, and a delicious pizza place just around the corner for an easy dinner. The area is quiet at night, ideal for a good night's sleep. It would have been nice to have two more chairs at the table since there were only two of us (a family of four). The bathroom exhaust fan had two switches; they weren't marked as such, so it was easy to turn them on without realizing it. Especially one that was at the other end of the bathroom and caused the exhaust fan to stay on all the time. The constant noise can be annoying during the night.

Room was lovely and clean. It was spacious and had everything you needed in the kitchen. It had towels in the bathroom and a hair dryer. The bed where comfy as was the sofa handy for extra space to put things or get ready. Lift to room was very handy with our bags. Check in was very easy and simple as was check out. The heating in the room worked well and kept us nice and warm. Good storage Good transport using the tramp to most parts of the city. 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop. You are tucked away from the busy streets so it is nice and quiet but can be on the other side of the river in the main areas within 15 mins by tram. Cheap and quick. Did not see staff at any point - we had a form to fill in when we arrived left for us on the bed (with a nice post it note). I put the form on the desk at the front of the hotel. I slid it through the railings as it was shut (as we arrived late at night). The form stayed on the desk of the office with the shutters down for the duration of the weekend stay. I assume they did not need it urgently and that no one else staying would try to look at it as it had our details on. Not a massive issue at all, just seemed a little unprofessional.

The property is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. It was perfectly clean and tidy. But the highlight is the easiness of getting to and from the Prague Old Town and Palace with an easy short tram connection. Also, contact with the property is super easy and the host Gabriela very friendly. Overall a strong 10/10 and will definitely be back for our next stay in Prague.

Interior was clean and nice.I liked design of an apartment, possibility of parking our car next to the building. Shops and city communication are very close to the apartment. Very good wifi. There vere no paper towels to clean in kitchen after cooking.

The structure is close to the public transportation, and in a quite street. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. All the furniture and appliances are new.

The hotel is located quite far from the center, but overall a nice place. lamp didn't work, there were no batteries in the remotes, a loose lock in the toilet, a broken trash can slightly spoiled the overall impression.Check-in was late, after 11 pm, and we couldn't find the room for a long time (first time in apartments) and there was no information anywhere that rooms 84-83-78 are a separate building along the passage...then there were problems with the code, an employee helped by SMS, but we couldn't get into the room for 40 minutes.

Everything was amazing. It was a big and beautiful apartment with everything we needed. There are also big windows which make it very nice and bright during the day. This was one of the best places we stayed at. Not only was it nice, but it was also very comfortable and clean. We thought there was going to be a private patio or balcony, but it didn't bother us that there wasn't.

Very nice apartment and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
