easy check-in and check-out, clean and well-equipped rooms, easy parking, good value for money almost nothing in the close surroundings (no shops etc.), thin walls and doors - I could here the people next door, no hair-dryer in the bathroom

Fairly clean, not many people there so it was quiet. There's a bus stop nearby that you can take to yellow metro line. Also close to railway station, where you can take the train to the city. Room came better equipped than expected. It had TV with a lot of CZ programs, microwave, fridge, a small cook top and kettle. Could be just personal preference, since the mattress was very soft, but it impossible to sleep on, unless you are able to sleep in partially sitting position, as the middle of it was so soft, you would sink. It looked almost new, so i don't know how someone could have destroyed it in such a short time.

The staff was nice and the shower was fine First of all, it was very cold in the flat, it looked like heating was not going at all all night, we were freezing. On the pics its not obvious that the "flat" is in a cunstruction site or warehouse area.

The place was great for the price you paid. It was easy to get to, the room has everything you need for a solo traveler: kitchen and private bathroom. The surroundings of the place are not very nice. Though its located in a small town which is cute.

Quality. New facilities. Location. And the area feels like a hostel for the people who do not have a permanent residence or the poorer who travel for work.

Evette the receptionist was exceptional. Helped me organise transport. Room size, cooking facilities. Walls were thin, could hear footsteps, doors opening.
