I returned to this hotel after four years, and the place aged extremely quickly. The rooms were always simple, but as the facilities are reaching the end of its usable lifetime, the rooms are no longer cute, rather it seems things are about to break apart at any moment.

It has a beautiful entrance. It appears to me that people are not very well trained or end has not been doing that for long, it looks like there is no process about check-in or check out. Everything seams to be improvised. The breakfast it is served very late, and since it is served in a side area, there is birds flying over or some times they just come to have some themselves.

Good location Window in bathroom didn’t seal so mosquitoes were able to come in. Moved the bed and it was filthy underneath. Bathroom flooded when we showered. Light on outside our window all night made it bright in the room all night. There was a fridge but you had to unplug the tv for the fridge to have power. Room was poorly lit.

It is a cozy hotel located close to Ferrugem beach, just a 5-minute walk away, and the people did make us feel welcome there. Breakfast was great and even though I stayed there in a outrageously cold winter weekend the place was nice and warm. It is also reasonably close to Rosa and Ibiraquera, and downtown Garopaba. Not the hotel's fault, but across the street there was a party going on saturday night, and although the noise was not the deafening sort, was still a bit annoying, and lasted until about midnight.

Beautiful hotel with luah gardens and delicious breakfast. The pool is wonderful. A little slice of heaven in Ferrugem, we loved it! Nothing, it was perfect.

Albeit quaint and a bit rustic, Hotel Eco Village is very cozy. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, and it’s only a 10 min walk from a beautiful beach. No complaints, as long as you are comfortable with a slight roughness and homely feel. It was perfectly suitable for myself, wife and our baby.
