Horange Phuket Town

The building looks nice from the outside, but the room was very disappointing. It feels old, the bed is uncomfortable, and the walls are very thin you can hear people in other rooms coming in and out and talking.

Could use a towel rack near sink?

Poor tv availability, chanels timedout, and asked for a subscription ?

Love the property just the stairs not the most convenient thing

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Wonderful location! The best! No refridge, no elevator!

No windows, and only ala cart menu for breakfast with a cup of coffee

It’s location is very good. Cafe is cute. Air conditioner is life saver. Clean enough i did not see any dirt and bugs. Wifi is working fine. It is good for the price. There is no elevator. No minibar. Rooms are small. Bathroom is not divided with toilet. There is no ventilation in stairs and corridors, that’s why it’s smells bad sometimes.

Location was very good, walking distance to Old Phuket town. However it is slightly quieter as there's not much around the area. Closest Tops was 5 minutes away. I bled on the bedsheets a bit because I had a nasty fall, the wound was bandaged but i think a little bit bled through the bandage. I was told to pay a 300B cleaning fee as the blood can't come off. Not sure if its true or not since I didn't bleed too much. My taxi driver told me to demand for a receipt and pay only with card just incase.

The bed was really comfy, it had cool lights and the location wonderful - it was quiet and yet so close to the main streets.

Very good location, just a couple of blocks from the historic center, which allows for peace at night and, at the same time, is very close to the historic center. Lack of a small refrigerator, which prevents having cold drinks in the room to consume while in the room

I loved how clean and nice the hotel was. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was delicious :) Also the location was great, the hotel is 13 min walk away from Phuket's Bus Terminal 1 Also they had the best pillows I have ever slept on :D

The room quality and cleanliness didnt match the photo. Room was old, toilet is dirty and thin walls. you can hear all the guests arriving and leaving the rooms

Location. Rooms are big. Comfortable bed. Good coffee shop. No elevator.

The room had no windows, it felt a bit claustrophobic.

There was no window on my room, dark even with lights, not comfortable.

1. Good location if you want to explore Phuket old town. You don’t need a car if you like to walk. 2. Local Phuket food is plenty to choose from around the hotel. 3. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful 4. Plenty of free car park just right in front of you have a car 1. No lift in the building 2. Smelly bathroom from drainage 3. No fridge in the room 4. No shelf for toiletries

Central location Two flights of stairs to get to room.

Great location in the old town of Phuket. 5 min walk from the nicest streets of Old Phuket and 10 min drive from the Rassada Pier where we took the boat to Krabi (alternatively you take there the boat to Phi Phi). The rooms are small, but bed was super comfortable and we could have a peaceful sleep. This is a good accommodation for a quick stop in Phuket. The room we got first was smelling very bad. We were not sure if the smell came from the toilet or something else. They had sprayed the room before extensively with room sprays to hide a bit the smell, but it still stank . When we complained about the smell they came in the room with two bottles of room sprays. After we didn’t accept this solution we got a new room which was great and didn’t smell. Another minus point is that the staff was not helpful with tips of what we could do. They go straight ahead in talking you about tours you can buy.
