If I had a chance to rate this property into negative, I would have loved to do that. Just the name of the hotel. There were two people. One was at the desk and another one seemed to be a worker and both of them did not seem to be in their senses. It looked like they had done some sasta Nasha. When I went to the property it was full of bad smells including cigarettes. One of them took me to the room which was totally different, I would say not even one percent of what they have shown in the picture. It looked like I had entered some very very cheap and ordinary room. Two things happened: 1. When I asked him about the room which I saw in the photos, he said that they might have this kind of room on the third floor. Now you can imagine what kind of Nasha he had done that he doesn't even know if that room belongs to his property or not. 2. When I moved to the guy who was at the front desk I asked him to show me the room which is in the picture, he said they do not have these rooms in their property. Imagine, this thing is happening at 3 AM. After wasting my energy for half an hour he said you can go and look for another property. And finally I kept searching for a property until 5 in the morning. Now think after such a long story how can you believe that I didn't show up at the property!! Thankfully it was not through booking.com else again I would've gotten such a property whose picture is attractive and fancy and when you visit you get into some trouble like this. Special request to the booking.com- Please remove and blacklist this property at the soonest possible if you really want to have trusted customers.
