It was a great location for us as we were going to Olympic Hockey. For us it also worked out well to get to all places around Milan. Host Family was great and always tried to help with our daily plans.

Clean and very close to train station, grocery, and laundry mat.

This is the second time we've stayed at Cascina36. Cristina is the perfect hostess & this B&B is just lovely. The rooms are extremely comfortable, have air conditioning for those hot nights & are very well appointed. Fabulous variety to choose from at breakfast. The lovely pool & outdoor facilities are very welcome after touristing in the area & there are lots of places to visit close by besides Milan....the Alfa Romeo Musuem, Monza, Lake Como to name a few. Milan is a very easy train ride & the station is a 2 minute walk away. Being able to park our car securely within the property is another plus. We really like staying here.

Everything was amazing. From the room to the breakfast, it was all perfect. The staff was super nice! We had a delay with our flight so we had to do the check in after time and they were super kind with us, helped with all they could and waited for us to arrive. They also shared a lot of tips so we could have a good trip. The little dog was so cute as well, loved them all. The room was super comfortable, nice view to the pool and the bathroom was huge. Beds super comfy and the pillows were amazing. Really one of the best places I was in. I really don't have anything bad to share about the place. It has everything close by (public transportation, market, pharmacy, etc..) and the price is super affortable.

The breakfast was perfect. The hosts very friendly and nice. Pool in the garden. Everything is clean and shipshape. The neighborhood is quiet. Only 25 minutes by train, and we are downtown Milan.

CLEAN , very well maintained, the owners are extremely nice and polite , ac is very good , near to metro station , the area has good services ( pizza place , supermarket , electric car charger) yummy and simple breakfast , but fresh , home made and good enough They do one of the best cappuccino’s in town No kettle or tea / coffee in the room Smoking not allowed in the room

The room was amazing and the owners were very sweet and accommodating. Very clean and extremely comfortable. The highlight of the room was definitely the skyline electric window. As everywhere else in Italy, don't expect a british or american level breakfast. Italians are not used to heavy breakfasts. Location only works for you if you have a car. But it is fantastic if, like me, you plan to pass by Milan without actually spending your time in the centre of Milan.

Cleanliness & breakfast The attitude of the host given our short stay. Felt we were a an inconvenience. Arrived at 8.00pm Chased out of our room by 10.15am Not allowed to use any outside facilities after 10.00am - a swim, shower, etc even if we had our own towels. We left promptly & will not return

It was clean, quiet, the guest was very friendly. great for our weekend stay. Trainstation is about 200 m from the property direct to Milano. Exactly what we were looking for. The garden was not open yet, but we will definitely return when the season opens

Very friendly hosts & great breakfast, the home made cakes where delicious as well! Comfortable Bed. Very clean room and good shower. Location very good for Milan and the surrounding area. Easy parking. More noise than I expected from other rooms and the train outside.
