The location No heating in the room, heater was broken! It was absolutely freezing cold in the room just like being outside! Ruined my night.

Room Tidy and clean. Facilities very good such as microwave, toaster, coffee and kettle. Excellent warm Heating unit. Very comfortable bed. Shower very good. Towels replaced each day. Good car parking facility. Later check in facility very handy. This is an older facility with older decor BUT it was very clean and warm and with added security door entrances. All that I need, and also value for money.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding and towels clean. A microwave was an added bonus The air conditioner extremely noisy taking a long time to take the chill out, the kettle didn’t fit under the tap to fill. The shower head leaking, needs replacing and an extra blanket and pillow would have been nice.

The location to preston and surrounding areas was very good. Parking on-site. I was happy with the facilities tea and coffee supplied. Fridge needed a good clean.
