We recently stayed at this hotel as a group and overall had a pleasant experience. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we were not informed that the bowling alley was closed due to maintenance, which was disappointing. Additionally, during our stay, a large portion of the hotel was reserved for a group of young German soccer players. This meant that certain areas were off-limits, and their noise levels at night were quite disruptive. While I would recommend the hotel for its overall quality, the lack of communication regarding these issues left a negative impression.

We could check in earlier than official time and check out a bit later. Parking for free. Close to all places of interest. There is a bycicle storage. A quite nice swimming pool and whirlpool for free. Rooms are clean and newly reconstructed. We slept very well. Breakfast was fine. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Nothing. It would be fine to have a hairdryer in the room or a little fridge, glasses for drinks but we were fine.

- indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi - nice nature around - play corner in the restaurant - clean - WiFi did not work - Bowling did not work - we were in the second building and the only path to it was on a slope full of ice and it was slippery. I fell. I asked the receptionist to do something about it. She said she would ask the technicien but nothing was done about it. - the service at the restaurant was very slow. (I understand they were short staffed). The staff was actually really nice. - I would not recommend this hotel if you do not speak English/German. The waiter spoke English but the reception either couldn't or did not want to. She kept talking to my husband in Czech with absolutely no regards for me even though I was the one asking the questions. Most of the informational documents are in CZ/De except for the survey. - the restaurant only has 2 vegetarian options (one of which is salad with ham!)
