The property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helped us when needed. The pool was out of service and breakfast wasnt provided during our stay. I would stay again because it was very affordable.

Place was affordable, I believe The Inn was wrongly advertised, mentioning what was offer and turned out to be false. Pool was closed, room smell funny, bathroom looks outdated, fridge looks bad and the young lady at the front desk looks like she did not want to be there. her facial expression says it all, she had her earbuds on, listening to whatever she was listening to, asking her for anything seems like we were getting on her nerves. But was happy to see a different face in the morning, the gentlemen seem better, happier and friendlier than her. And the maintenance guy was very nice, answered all our questions, helped us figured out where the ice machine was, which floor it was on. I wish not to go back in the future. Good luck with everything else.

Rooms were clean and the restroom well stocked. The parking lot was a little dodgy and could use better lighting. But for a one night stay while on a roadtrip this place was excellent..

Room was clean. Lots of parking as well as spots to walk your dog. Staff was quick and helpful when checking in.

There was room for much improvement. Our room wasn't cleaned until the last day there. The bathroom doorknob and toilet paper holder were both broken and there was no towel rack to hang towels after showering. The elevator inspection was expired OVER A YEAR ago, 15 months to be exact. There was also a strange smell in the hallways and in the room when the AC was running. With that said, it was overall pretty clean and not rundown. 3 stars because it wasn't a total disaster, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The place was horrible.

Great stay. I’ll be coming here every time I need a place to stay when visiting fort Lee. Great hotel
-
room was clean only problem was the breakfast need update eggs was nasty and the muffin was frozen
-
I asked to exchange the room because the door couldn't lock and the staff did it for me

The message I got from the hotel confirming my reservation indicated that the pool would be closed until May 2024, and I assumed it was an old note that should have been removed from a standard message. Apparently they meant August 2024 because the pool was definitely closed as it looked like a frog pond! That was mildly annoying. It looks like it would be nice if/when they get it cleaned up and operational though. The check-in was subpar - the clerk barely spoke to us, mentioned none of the usual stuff like time/location of breakfast, wifi info, restaurant info, didn’t ask how many keys and despite my husband standing directly next to me only gave me one key, etc. She wasn’t rude, just not actually helpful. It was almost as if she’d never used a hotel in her life and had no clue what information is useful or needed…or there was no training provided to her! Overall, I’d stay there again because the room was very comfortable.

No way to darken room because the blind is too short, and the curtains don't close.

The room was clean but the hallways were trashed

It smelled of weed in the hallways even though it said was a smoke free building. We did not receive fresh towels daily. I had to get a bag from the front desk and then go down and exchange for towels everyday. The elevator hadn’t been checked since 2025. Breakfast was not much better. The pool is still closed. Overall pay more to stay somewhere else. Even though close to Fort Gregg-Adam’s just go somewhere else.

Had a great experience. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was amazing!

The beds were comfortable. I didn't like that pool wasn't working. 😘

Liked proximity to surroundings, shopping and restaurants. Easy access from highway. Nice continental breakfast, could have been better, but waffle machine was broke. There was an oder

Poor service, room not cleaned not even trash, some were rented dirty room such that some guests threw their trash out to the hallway to get the managements attention. Carpets have dead bugs and seemed not vacuumed for weeks. Terrible breakfast where sausages recycled and other items missing. Very few guests chose to ate them. Complaint got no response. This is the most dreadful stay I ever had. Even $30/night motels managed to serve better.

The location is ok. Room needs to improve cleanliness.

The place was great, except that there were blood stains on the edge of the mattress cover and on the closet door. The room was big, but humid even with the AC on. Staff was nice. Washer and dryer available. Breakfast was basic, the waffle maker was out of service. Breads, juice, scrambled eggs, thin bacon. Cereal, yogurt, etc. Would stay again because it's a great location and better than other places nearby for the price.
