Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The ratings for this hotel should be very low. I am extremely surprised by the ratings they recieve. I am not one to complete these surveys but felt it was necessary so that another family doesnt have to go through the same thing. You are not getting what it says. They didnt even ask questions when I asked for my money back which makes me think this is a common practice for them.

The cons -- we reserved a suite with two kings -- and were charged for that -- but ended up with a room with one king and one queen. Worse was a leak in one bedroom that left the carpet wet all week, and a general level of wear and tear throughout that suggests a remodel is way overdue. Kind of run down and distressed for the price and the location. Speaking to the front desk staff to address issues got a response of "you'll have to speak with the manager" -- but the manager seemed to be off duty all week. Disappointing experience overall. There are a lot of hotels around here -- next time we will stay somewhere else.

Nice huge room great for families, love the pool and grill area. Did not want to leave. My only complaint would be the breakfast. I wish it lasted until 10:30am, so I didnt feel as rushed. But loved the hot food buffet bar, which included pancakes sausages omelettes, and an oatmeal bar with all the toppings. Coffee was good too. I will definitely revisit again.

Breakfast included food okay but not special. Plenty of parking.

My room was not ready when we got there after being in the car for over an hour we did not want to wait an additional 40 minutes so we took a room around the corner on the 2nd floor. The pool water looked a little “cloudy” I asked the front desk clerk and she said that it was shocked because it tested positive for bacteria and it was pretty much swim at your own risk! I was speechless she said she was going to shut it down in an hour which she didn’t but we ended up going back to the room.

We were disappointed by the housekeeping- room was only visited on 4 of the 10 days we stayed and sheets etc were not changed at all.

This hotel is a great location if you need a suite type of setup with a small kitchen to say at a location for a few days. We were here four three nights, four days, made full use of the kitchen and cabinets bringing food with us as we were working from the room as my son attended an event near the hotel. The room was clearly used, some tears in the rug, but it was clean and not terrible, just clearly not new. The room was spacious, easily supported three people in one suite. Unfortunately access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom and not through a shared space, but it worked out just fine. A nice kitchen, with storage, a table for two, a couch that pulled out to a bed, nice sized primary bed, nice size closet and nice size bathroom. Again, plenty of room for three. There are no elevators in this hotel, so if you are on the top floor, the third floor, you have to walk up and carry your things up. The front desk will warn you of this. Hotel grounds were great, full basketball court, pool, BBQ grills for guest use. My largest challenge while here was the internet. I was working while my son was at an event and hotel internet was simply terrible.

Given the price, location, and staff/facility quality, Sonesta ES Suites Princeton is a great deal!

Rooms need renovation. The AC was noisy and nor responsive (2321) and the bathroom missed the top cover of the vent. Smelled damp and I have to keep the door closed. Bathroom damp odor, missing ceiling fixture

Parking was simple staff was great! Rooms were very easy to get to despite not having any elevators to get to the second or third floors. I would definitely stay again great breakfast. The only complaint I would have and it’s more just for preferences. I wish the water pressure in the shower was a little bit stronger.

Great place, awesome breakfast. Only downside was that the dryer wasn’t working properly took me 4 hours to dry my laundry! Otherwise my say was awesome.

Perfect set up for our family! Breakfast was outstanding and the pool and basketball court were great to expend toddler energy! Staff went above and beyond for us too!
