Quiet, clean room. Free ride to and from the amphitheater. Food was available later in the evening. Parking was close, easy walk to hotel.

Everything was excellent plus. Will be back soon!

Great stay and service. the only downfall was the staff at Caribou coffee - the tables were messy and people were standing behind the counter during our visit on 8/19. other than that - it was great.

The facility has grown so much since my last visit. Very impressed with everything. Definitely look forward to a return visit.

This was a great place to stay while enjoying the new Amphitheater. The room was seemingly brand new and well put together. The parking was a little difficult…we found out after parking further away that they offer free valet to all guests. The casino is large and a fun way to spend the night after a concert. We’ll be back for sure!

Exceptional

We had a clean room, comfortable bed with blackout shades and room was the perfect temperature. We had a great experience with the shuttle to the concert. Overall, great time staying at Mystic!

Clean and updated rooms. The rooms were better than Treasure Island.

Check out for this hotel is 11:00am. At around 9:30am, a housekeeping employee named Javier, opened our hotel room door without knocking! SERIOUSLY! IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE HERE! I spoke with a female employee at reservations and she apologized and offered to buy me breakfast. Really! This is what you do when a male employee violates the privacy of two females!!!!

Shuttle service was amazing! Very helpful for the concert we went to!

The front desk staff seemed annoyed when I asked questions about things to do in the hotel, which seemed strange. And the hotel is under construction. 7:30 AM was too early for construction equipment to be making all of the noise. I would have liked to sleep in!

The room was nice

Absolutely wonderful stay....casino was fun and offered varied fun when we wanted. Loved that they offered a shuttle service to our venue. The valet service was well appreciated as my spouse has a bad knee.

No need to scroll any further! Staff was exceptional rooms were clean and spacious… Casino sits on a golf course very beautiful scenery! They offer shuttle buses to multiple locations including the Mall of America! I’ve been to Las Vegas several times it’s amazing how this Casino is comparable! I would highly recommend everything about this place! You definitely will not be disappointed! I’m ready to go back!

Well, it was a room to stay in, so there's that. Shuttle busses to / from concert were nice. VERY expensive for the room. I realize there was an event there, but still outrageous prices. Had I known the amphitheater was not within walking distance from the hotel / casino, I would have likely stayed somewhere else. Looooooong wait to check in. Maybe should have had more people there to make that quicker. The whole place is much larger than I thought it would be, which meant a long walk to the room. I recently had both knees replaced so it was difficult for me to walk that far, especially with luggage.
