I was afraid we would be locked in. I was going to report it when we left, but no one was at the front desk.

Great access to the Provo Airport, but really just a bed to sleep in.

Spacious room. Large comfortable bed. Walk in shower. Good cable TV. Cool and comfortable. The staff has never been by even to empty the trash, even when we asked them to at the office. Couldn't even get them to answer the phone when I called them on their phone to follow up last night. The lock on the door is tied open so anyone can get in. Breakfast is just so so.

Ease of checking in Room.... headboard had not been dusted..looked up and found last customer had covered blinking light on fire alarm on wall, this was still there

First room smelled like sewage. Second room that we were switched to didn't have an efficient air conditioner, it was hot all night. Heavy mold in bathroom. Rooms need a ventilation system in bathrooms. If I had a mold sensitivity, I could not have stayed here.

It was okay. There was a massive spider web in the corner of the window and then there was hair everywhere like on the beds, in the sheets, and in the shower/bathroom. For a place to just sleep it was fine.

We reserved an accessible room w/ king. Upon arrival, we were told only 2 queens were available but that room was accessible, which it was not. Room changed for 2nd & 3rd nights to our original request.

Checked in late and left early in morning.

There were 2 people in front of me. I guess only 1 person could do check ins, though I saw several employees there. Rooms were nice size with couch & ottoman. Some of the doors to enter the building did not require your cards to enter, so security was not great! Bathrooms were fine. Our door was hard to open from inside & you had to pretty much slam it for it to stay shut. Needs some tweeking. Breakfast was nice, even had eggs & sausage. Would stay here again.

Good stop over on our road trip. Nice rooms, very comfortable. Good value. Pity the steakhouse next door had closed early, sizzler across the road was good though. Don’t like how every hotel is using plastic cutlery these days, not very environmental friendly.

We requested a ground floor room, called and verified with a call. We called multiple times since we were arriving late, no one answered the phone….By the time we got there they had given it away with it in the notes. Attendant checked on a room that was marked out of order bc of electrical outlets issues but was clean on ground floor. Worked out just fine for our needs.

A lot better since purchased by Wyndham . Still needs more updating. Connected Steak House great asset

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when I was checking in late at 11:45pm. The room itself was fine but the bathroom was super small. It was hard to close the door while in the bathroom. And the room door was super hard to open from both inside and outside the room. The hotel seems to be an older building. But for the price, it was worth it.

Hotel needs some upgrades. Electrical outlets wouldn’t hold cords and the security doors and gates to pool weren’t working. The breakfast was well run and food was ok. Parking was great. Honestly the staff was so kind and accommodating that the other issues seemed minimal.

The room was clean. The pool looked good. Easy access to things we needed in the area. Breakfast wa more than cereal & muffins. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Unprofessional staff. Dogs barking at night and early morning. Breakfast ends at 9:00 on a Sunday. Cracked sink. Stained walls. Weird smell all throughout hotel. No pool towels at pool area. Door did not seal properly. No privacy curtain.

The staff was very helpful. The only complaint is we had ants in our room behind the nightstand. I pulled out the nightstand and their was knives and crumbs behind it. When I reported the ants to the front desk they put an ant trap behind the nightstand but didn't clean the crumbs.
