The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They read my request at the time of reservation and had the sofa bed ready to go for me by the time I checked in. They helped us secure the same room for an extra night. Kuba even called to let us know the room had become available and held it for me until I could return later that day to pay for it. The restaurant served very fresh food and hot soup. The next morning they let me and my parents take coffee to go at no charge. The drinks at the Irish Pub/bar were fantastic too. Not applicable- We liked everything!

The location was deal to walk to a venue we attended daily and also there was plenty of restaurants within walking distance The breakfast could have been better very limuted choices from what i have experienced whenever travelling.

Simple and basic rooms but functional. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The food was really really nice and good value for money. Nice woodland to go for a walk and near railway. Pillows were thin.

I like size of the room, and very nice stuff working in the restaurant Cofe, milk after date, no phone in the room, no glass in the bathroom, no room service The price for the room was much to much

Breakfast quite good, free drinking water in the collidor for top up any time. Overpriced hotel, poor quality for the money. We are not picky, especially as It is 3 star hotel, but for the money we pay at least want to have some basic hygiene… We have stayed in better room- executive twin room. Room was dirty, the walls and carpet dirty, curtains had some stains, bed lamp also with stains, the sofa bed is light colored but the dirt clearly visible on it. .. One of the wheels of the bed was broken. Entrance door glass was broken. We have showed receptionist all this, but they told-sorry don’t have any room to change and did not offer to clean the room… Even more- parking is extra charge (ridiculous as hotel is in the middle of nowhere…

Exellent 3 stars hotel. Good room, wather in the hall sparkling and still for free, good restaurant, good breacfast, good staff. The door of bathroom was demage.
