Elinotel Sermilia Resort - All inclusive

Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκανε εντύπωση η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός όλου του προσωπικού. Όλοι ήταν πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, πάντα με χαμόγελο, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο, ενώ η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου ήταν υποδειγματική. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με οργανωμένη παραλία και πεντακάθαρα νερά. Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο, με αρκετές επιλογές σε κάθε γεύμα και ποιοτικές πρώτες ύλες. Το Ultra All Inclusive πρόγραμμα έκανε τις διακοπές ακόμα πιο άνετες και ξέγνοιαστες, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, η πισίνα και οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν προσεγμένοι και καλοδιατηρημένοι. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο που συνδυάζει άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, καθαριότητα, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και μια πραγματικά χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. True greek hospitality! The staff managed our whole stay pefectly, always caring and smiling while providing the above and beyond service! The bedroom is huge and everything inside feels premium and new. Plenty of side attractions available at night, without extra loudness. Some small things that can be fixed easily. The elevator doors are closing unexpectedly. The kids center is closed most of the time. There isn't any control over the "reservation" of most of the hotel's beach beds with hotel towels.

Not much to like about this hotel and the fake all inclusive package. All inclusive is a lie, there are many drinks and things that cost you extra that are not included in the "all inclusive". The food was of very poor quality and lacked flavor, the staff took forever to clear the tables. No zero or diet drinks. The room had no extra blankets and all the activities were for kids, nothing for the adults. The internet did not work and the staff just said all of the routers are green so it should be working, and they didn't even check. The money we paid was not worth what we got in exchange. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even an enemy.

Breakfast was excellent. Beach is near and clean. Staff top. We got a bigger room than advertised. We can easily recommend this Hotel.

Loved the spacious room, bathroom and the balcony. It was cozy and cleaned everyday. Suggesting a few daily activities to keep people in good energy

Only location nothing alse Restaurant real dirty hotel room not clean shower was broken food was serve what ever they had left over from breakfast they use the same food for lunch and dinner with adding little extra that property is not worth $100.00 per night and they are expensive as hall

Very nice and helpful staff, the room was big and comfortable. The food was fine mostly. Nice pool and the sky bar. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The beach in front of the hotel was quite small and the beach loungers were uncomfortable (however free). Found a nicer beach 10 minutes away from the hotel. Didn't have any major problem with the hotel, it just didn't feel like a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star.

Sun beds in the beach, not good and not comfortable

- Food variety, really tasty - The beach is across the street - quiet place - sky bar view - the beach is not just like other Beaches in Halkidiki - under staffed, and you could see it - spa/fitness were closed - felt like a normal non inclusive 3star hotel - included drinks were avarage - small pool, so always over crowded - lack of an adults pool

We loved everything about this place! The staff were warm and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. The whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Truly a perfect stay!

That the spa didn't work. Food also was repetitive
