Our villa was nice. Clear Beautiful ocean water. Concierge employees were so nice and treated us so great. Breakfast was average for a 5 star resort. Beach guy would not seat my family on the beach on Saturday even though we had 6 chairs included in our villa price of $5k per night USD. Not enough chairs. We stood around looking like idiots for about an hour then had to leave.

Staff was super friendly, technology inside the room and great beach The toilet in the room and not separate from the bathroom.

Very nice place with a good ambiente It is too loud as there are regularly partys in the hotel as well as in other hotels closeby.

Staff and their manager he was amazing , he is recommending the best food flavours and where you can find it. He participated with us on putting the right plan day and night. Also they upgraded our room to the one unique has jacuzzi and sea view. Thanks for every things Nammos Resturant is not good, they have a massive delay in providing the food and their prices higher than the dining restaurants prices, for what ?!!! Atmosphere is not really attractive

All staff are so kind and helpful. The beach is clean and the water is amazing. Nothing, but they can sometimes chance the breakfast. Every morning wie eat the same.

Very useful whatsapp group with staff to provide quick service. Very clean and elegant facilitates. It is well known that in every beach resort, guests staying in the hotel get priority access to the beach compared to outside paying visitors. But because namos Beach is run by another owner, we were sidelined and provided last row beach beds on the first day. The second day, we were told to wait until an available beachbed was ready. We were waiting a long time until we finally contacted Namos Hotel staff, who arranged for us 1st row beds in less than 10 mins.
