Everything is still new and fresh. A big mall just a stone's throw away from the hotel. Room is rather small for my expectations. Aircond in my room was noisy unfortunately.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. We selected Coral Beach Loft because of its high rating and reviews. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the sea view from the beachfront location on Genting Beach is nice. However, we encountered several consistent issues during our five-night stay. The air conditioning compressor was noisy with strong vibrations that made it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep, even when using the provided earplugs. The lightly built walls amplified the sound. Water supply problems occurred every single day — the pressure would drop or stop completely mid-shower, which became very frustrating. Staff explained that interruptions are normal on the island due to the infrastructure, but this was new for us after three previous visits to Tioman. The on-site restaurant was only partially operating (no cook during our stay), limiting food options. Swimming directly in front of the property was also difficult because of many sharp rocks underwater. We discovered better swimming beaches, more solidly constructed accommodations, reliable dining (including places serving alcohol), and overall better value elsewhere on the island for roughly 25€ more per night. While the friendly service and setting have potential, the repeated noise and water issues made the stay less comfortable than the high rating suggests. Noise-sensitive guests or those expecting reliable basics may want to consider this. We wouldn’t return. Would you stay again? No Value for money? Average

When I arrived, the receptionist was new, so it took a while and there was some miscommunication. But the doorman was perfect, the room was clean, and the location was strategic. Check-out was easier and faster because the receptionist was friendlier and more professional.
