Everything was really good and high level

We stayed just one night passing by Pucon and this hotel/b&b definitely met all our expectations. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Despite the hotel does not have any parking, they allowed us to park in front of the hotel as it was low season. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, but a little bit cold. They provide with free hot and cold water fountain in the lobby area. Definitely would recommend as this was much better than our previous experience in Pucon. The breakfast is pretty basic, but there is a decent coffee which is rare! The staff at breakfast seemed to be bothered by our presence there or she just had a bad day. There is no elevator, but the front desk guys were available to help with the luggage, if needed. JFYI, payment with a card will require the payment of the taxes (VAT) as this is a b&b, they cannot charge tax free, but if you pay by cash in USD then it is tax free.

We chose a mountain view room and literally it was the beautiful mountain view. That's we loved in this hotel. We as 2 ppl walked into the hotel and booked the room directly on the day before of our check-in. A receptionist told us it costed 75,000 CLP per night and we accepted, however he told us the price was 85,000 CLP if you are 2 people when we did check-in. That thing was not reliable unfortunately,,

Didn’t accept credit card for payment. As a foreigner I had a very difficult time on being able to get cash to pay them. After a long time they accepted a bank transfer, but this experience frustrated me

Nothing to dislike

Very well kept and great character. Even has an open fire.

Very nice staff who gave us a lot of information. Awesome view of the volcano from our balcony. The only bad thing is that our room had a weird smell and there could be more hangers to hang our clothes

The location was great, clean and well maintained. Rustic look, friendly and helpful staff. Just a little feedback about the breakfast starting time. As I was doing tours that were mostly start before breakfast time at 8, it would be nicer if the try to pack a snack or save your breakfast for afterwards.

This little nice B&B is located very centrally in Pucon. Small and full of character. We had a small balcony, very nice. Breakfast was served at the table and could have been richer. You had to request the cleaning of your room. Staff was wonderful. Good value for money. The double bed was too narrow for two big Scandinavians. Parking outside the hotel was very limited and if you did not get one of the parking lots, you had to start the big hunt for somewhere to park your car - a very difficult task in Pucón in February…

Located in central Pucón it’s a tidy and quiet place to stay. The rooms as spacious and comfy. With a good breakfast you can start the day with enough energy. The staff are very helpful and kind. I’d definitely be back. -
