Hostal Pucon Sur

Nice location, food was delicious, services great. First come Parking, every day. Only, four slots in front, very secure others need to park on street on curb.

Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Yummy restaurant onsite with a great chef! It was a little far from downtown but I suppose that is why it was quiet and mellow at night.

Room was very small, no housekeeping, & no free clean towels until 3rd day! (had to pay 2000 CLP if u wanted a towel earlier)! The rooms were not soundproof. There was a problem getting hot water for shower. No soap in the shower & no hairdryer. They would not lend us a glass for wine !

The room and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. The walls were paper thin. We can hear noise for other room, hallways etc. Could hear the neighbors dogs all evening. Part of the night.

Property is at excellent location and very well maintained. Not too central and walkable distance from all places. Everything was excellent about this property just in my room the walls were probably too thin and hence I could hear people from next door and even the one on top floor. I had opted for single room for budget travel.It was small and cozy, bed was very comfortable but if you prefer rooms with absolute silence than probably select the ones which are bit bigger.

The place is beautiful and clean and the owners are happy to help with any questions. A few minutes walk from a few restaurants and a supermarket The hot water system ‘plays’ hot/cold and couldn’t be balanced. We spoke to the owner and he was very apologetic

The Hostal was absolutely charming and cozy. The hostesses were very attentive and welcoming. We certainly recommend this place a a great location and great relaxing point on your journey or vacation.

Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. In fact, they went over and beyond what should be expected. We really appreciated their help. it was by no means a dealbreaker, but the bathroom was so narrow that the door bumped into the sink, and only opened partway.
