Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites

I had to keep calling the front desk to fix the toilet cause it wouldn’t flush and or fill up with water. The beds were very used and it felt like I was sleeping on a hill and would roll into the middle. I had to keep getting a new room key cause it would stop working after a use. The lobby smelled like a sewer. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and made to order omelets/French toast. There was an issue with the keys, they kept losing the info and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Was an issue with others as well. It was resolved after getting my key reprogrammed twice. Nice location, centrally located to the places I was visiting.

Neat & Clean. Great breakfast ! Property is older and some of the main carpets need some care.

Location was good Breakfast was slow and complicated. Everything seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Carpets in hallways and lobby area looked very dirty. Bathroom in room needed a BUNCH of maintenance. Sink coming off of wall. No counter only a rolling tray that was very flimsy and crooked. Toilet was not secure.

The breakfast was great. The staff was conscientious and friendly. Main hallways snd stairwells not vacuumed well.

Looked like ownership had turned over but front desk personnel was nice as usual. I liked that many of the grab-and-go breakfast items were behind plexiglass so that little fingers could not contaminate them.

Didnt like the fact that when I booked the site said the pool and hot tub was up and running. Then we get there and find out different. This is very important to us due to Cronic medical issues. Unfortunately until this is fixed. We will not stay. But everything else was great.

Could have had handicap bars accessible at toilet.

The breakfast was fabulous! Made to order omelet!!!

The next day there was one person at the omelet station, clearly stressed out, and when I got in line he said I had nine people ahead of me. That's okay. I went back up about twenty minutes later just to check because people behind me had gotten their omelets. He said mine was next, and he gave it to me burnt.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for my purposes. The swimming pool was cold. I don't mean luke warm, I mean cold. I had been looking forward to using the pool, it was very disappointing.

locals apparently have to pay a 300 cash deposit just to stay here. absolutely absurd. never trying to stay here again.

My husband and I spend one night here and had one of the Best breakfast. Thank you for the personal omelet cooked by the staff. It was an awesome start to our day. Since we were heading to see Rod Stewart at the Red Rocks amphitheater and he canceled last minute. Staying here and found the Riverwalk was a treat.
