Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pueblo North by IHG

The room had a huge repair in the ceiling that looked like it was done by just pasting some putty on it. It gave the room a feel of old creepiness.

The hotel was great staff, rooms, food and locatioon.

Location was great for us. We were evacuated from our home due to wildfires and it was close to my daughter's work, stores, and restaurants. Staff was not helpful. The pools were broken.

i liked the location and how awsome the staff was and i certainly appreciated the fact that we were in from out of town and the staff let us check into our room early so we didin't have to wait thank you

We had an easy check-in. The beds were comfortable and rooms were big enough for my family of 6. We will definitely book again if we are back in the area. Also special shout out to the lady that worked in the breakfast area. She was so kind and sweet.

Exactly as expected for holiday inn express, basic but clean and comfortable.

Meh. Checked in late and there were no blankets left for the pull out bed. Not good. Breakfast was decent.

Helen at breakfast is the star of this place. She is the best breakfast attendant ever.

The staff was nice and friendly. The server in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure there was plenty of food and that it was hot. My grandson really enjoyed the cheese omelets. I didn't like having dogs in the hotels. The 2nd floor smelled like dogs.

I love the pool and hot tub. I've stayed here numerous times and access to the interstate. I had fecal matter in the toilet. Someone tampered with my bike rack (I get it its my job to secure my belongings which I still have for the fact) Lastly worth mentioning was a dead animal on the back porch near the rear entrance closest to Walmart. The rate was higher than expected but nonetheless I had considered re-enrolling into IHG rewards after a mistake I made in regards to the rewards points earned. Now I understand it just not like it use to be and its unfortunate ? ? ?.
